Our findings point to sitewide and category-spanning discounts displayed directly on main pages at Lorex, with percent-off deals accessible to all shoppers and no code needed. Flash banners highlight time-limited offers, but these are not anchored to specific events. A dedicated deals section gathers markdowns, reflecting a pattern of open deals rather than gated incentives. Customers can maximize their savings through the Lorex Rewards program.

Our Guide to 2026 Lorex Shopping Policies
Where do I enter my Lorex code?
Enter your code in the Discount Code box at the upper right of the Lorex checkout page. Click Apply to redeem your code before completing your purchase.
What is Lorex's return procedure?
Lorex provides a straightforward 30-day money-back guarantee for purchases made through Lorex.com, which is a solid option for shoppers seeking peace of mind. Returns must be in original packaging and undamaged, but be aware that you are responsible for return shipping costs and the original shipping fee is not refunded. Refunds are processed to your original payment method, usually within 10 business days. Most products come with a one-year warranty, though some items may have shorter return windows or be final sale.
Lorex provides free standard shipping on orders over $99, making it a good option for shoppers looking to save on delivery costs. Orders are usually processed quickly within 1 to 6 business days and shipped via trusted carriers like USPS, FedEx, and UPS, while expedited orders are delivered exclusively through UPS. Delivery typically takes up to 8 business days, with faster options available. Please note that PO Boxes and APO addresses are not eligible for delivery.
Lorex's order cancellation policy requires shoppers to contact customer support or log in to their Lorex account to cancel an order. Partner Program members benefit from a generous 60-day return window, but all cancellations must go through support or an account manager. This policy offers flexibility for partners but could be improved for regular customers looking for a more streamlined experience.
Lorex offers a Lorex Rewards program that provides shoppers with extra value when purchasing security products. While the main rewards program is geared toward individual customers, Lorex also supports businesses with a Partner Program that features specialty pricing, dedicated support, and flexible order options. Non-profit organizations can benefit from exclusive discounts, making Lorex a strong choice for both personal and organizational security needs.
Lorex offers shoppers frequent seasonal sales events like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Memorial Day, often featuring discounts up to 50% off or significant savings based on your cart total. Flash sales and special deals on security cameras and systems are common, and signing up for their email newsletter can unlock extra savings and early access to upcoming promotions, making it a smart choice for bargain hunters.
Can Lorex purchases be split into four payments?
Lorex offers Pay in 4 installment options through Klarna and Sezzle. Klarna divides the purchase into four equal automatic payments charged to the customer's selected credit or debit card every two weeks. No credit check is required, and Klarna charges no interest or fees when payments are made on time. Sezzle also offers a flexible four-payment plan.
Does Lorex allow price adjustments after purchase?
Lorex will match a lower price if a product you ordered from lorextechnology.com drops in price within 30 days of the order date. To qualify, the item must have the exact same model number and components and be in the same new or open-box condition. Price matching is not available during Black Friday or Cyber Monday promotions, and final sale items are excluded.
What products are excluded from Lorex coupon offers?
Lorex coupons are valid exclusively for online purchases made directly on the official website. Shoppers cannot exchange these promotional codes for cash or any monetary value. There is a strict limit of one coupon code per transaction, meaning you cannot stack or combine multiple offers, discounts, or vouchers on a single order. Ensure you apply your chosen discount code during the checkout process to receive the savings on your eligible purchase.
This store offers discounted rates to businesses and non-profits. Just be sure to register your organization with the customer service team to secure your special offer.
Share your Lorex referral link before a friend orders. Their first purchase of $100+ gets 10% off, and you earn 2,000 Lorex Rewards points, worth $20 in credit.
Use Lorex Upgrade Program when replacing an old or out-of-warranty system. Upload two photos, including the serial number, and get 10% off a new device.
