Through repeated observations, we see that Misook favors selective promotions over constant markdowns, with discounts most often appearing through homepage banners or targeted campaigns. Promo codes surface occasionally and are commonly tied to email sign-ups or limited-time offers rather than being consistently available. Sale events tend to feel intentional rather than routine, reflecting a pattern of controlled discounting instead of widespread or continuous deals.

Our Guide to 2026 Misook Shopping Policies
Where do you enter a Discount Code at Misook?
On the Shopping Cart page, find the Discount Code box in the upper right, enter your code, and click Apply. Your Discount Code is applied before you place your order.
What is Misook's return policy?
Misook offers a shopper-friendly return policy for new, unworn items with tags, with a 30-day window for US orders. Exchanges include free return shipping, while standard returns may require return shipping costs unless a prepaid label is used. US returns include a $10 processing fee. Refunds are processed quickly, but original shipping fees are not refunded, and clearance or personalized items cannot be returned.
Misook's shipping policy is shopper-friendly, offering free standard shipping on all US domestic orders, which is a great perk for coupon seekers looking to save. They ship quickly, with most in-stock items going out the next business day, and provide both standard and expedited options.
Misook's order cancellation policy mainly covers cancellations due to payment issues or website errors, but it lacks clear information for shoppers who want to cancel their own orders. There are no details about how to request a cancellation, deadlines, or possible fees, so shoppers should be cautious and double-check their orders before completing a purchase.
Misook offers shoppers regular opportunities to save on designer clothing through its Sale and Final Sale sections, with discounts sometimes reaching up to 70%. Seasonal sales like Black Friday and Cyber Monday bring additional sitewide deals or dollar-off savings. Newsletter subscribers get exclusive offers, but note that promo codes usually cannot be stacked and final sale items are not returnable.
Is price matching available at Misook?
Misook may match a competitor's price for the same item in the same color and size when it is sold by a similar retailer. To request a match, call 1-800-447-3556 or email customerservice@misook.com. Auction sites, outlet sellers, retailer promotions, shipping offers, gift card offers, credit card offers, and loyalty offers are excluded. Final sale items are not eligible for price adjustments, and prior purchases do not receive price adjustments on full price or sale merchandise.
