Our detailed tracking indicates that Musely offers regular sitewide promotions, usually requiring a promotional code at checkout. These offers are widely promoted on the homepage or at checkout, rather than through ongoing or category-specific markdowns. The Musely Club loyalty program with purchase rewards and cash back is available, and discounts appear consistently rather than only during select promotional windows.

How do returns work at Musely?
Musely's return policy is strict for prescription items, as all sales are final and non-returnable, which is standard due to legal requirements. The $20 Doctor Visit Fee is also non-refundable. However, Musely stands out by offering a 60-Day Result Guarantee on select initial treatments, promising a refund of the medication cost if you follow their program and are unsatisfied. This policy does not cover refills or prescription changes, so shoppers should review their options carefully before purchasing.
Musely provides free shipping on all FaceRx orders, making it a great value for shoppers looking to save on delivery costs. Orders are processed by trusted partner pharmacies and usually ship within 2 to 5 business days, ensuring a reasonable wait time. However, shipping is not available to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses, so military customers may need to look elsewhere. Overall, Musely's shipping policy is reliable and budget-friendly.
Musely's order cancellation policy is fairly shopper-friendly, allowing you to cancel for a full refund anytime before a doctor reviews your order, which is great for flexibility. However, once a doctor reviews your information or writes a prescription, the $20 doctor visit fee is non-refundable. Refill orders also become non-refundable once they are preparing for shipment or have shipped, so act quickly if you need to make changes. This policy is straightforward and transparent, making it easy for coupon shoppers to understand their options and avoid unexpected fees.
The Musely Club loyalty program is a solid choice for shoppers looking to save on skincare treatments, offering 6% cashback in rewards on every purchase that can be used for future orders. Membership is free and automatic with your first order, plus you get early access to discounts and exclusive events. Just remember, rewards expire after 12 months, so be sure to use them before they're gone.
Musely offers shoppers frequent seasonal sales and discounts, especially during major events like Black Friday and Cyber Monday, with savings ranging from 20% to 50% off sitewide. New users can benefit from special offers and signing up for the email newsletter unlocks an extra 10% off plus early access to exclusive deals, making it a smart choice for savvy coupon hunters.
