Our detailed reviews reveal that sitewide or wide-ranging category discounts appear infrequently at NARS, with most offers tied to temporary codes or minimum spend amounts. NARS focuses on value perks like free shipping and gifts with purchase instead of regular markdowns. Email subscribers occasionally receive early access to limited-time promotions, highlighting direct engagement over large-scale public sales. The PRO Program provides discounts for professionals.

Our Guide to 2026 NARS Shopping Policies
Where do I enter a Promotional Code at NARS?
On the NARS Your Shopping Bag page, find the Promotional Code box in the bottom right. Enter your Promotional Code, click Apply, and confirm the discount is applied before checkout.
What is the NARS return policy?
Products purchased from NARScosmetics.com can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt. Returns are only for items bought directly from NARScosmetics.com, and exchanges are not available. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are not refundable. Returns are processed as refunds to the same form of payment.
NARS offers a convenient shipping policy, including free ground shipping for all logged-in customers and free 2-day shipping on orders of $100 or more for logged-in users. Customers who check out without logging in are charged a $5.95 shipping fee. While NARS does not ship to PO boxes, shoppers can choose from multiple shipping options, including expedited delivery. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, with ground shipments generally arriving within 3-5 business days.
NARS provides a 15% discount for students, teachers, first responders, military, and medical personnel, making it a great option for those groups to save on beauty products. Eligibility is verified through SheerID, and the offer can be redeemed once every 30 days. While the discount cannot be combined with other promotions, this policy offers a reliable way for eligible shoppers to enjoy savings.
NARS processes orders quickly within 1-2 business days, so shoppers should act fast if cancellation is needed. Cancellation is only available for eligible orders shortly after being placed and is not guaranteed, so contacting customer service right away is essential. To modify an order, customers can text 1-(302)-246-7185 for assistance during business hours. Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made, so the cart should be reviewed carefully before checkout.
NARS frequently offers seasonal sales with attractive discounts, especially during Black Friday and Cyber Week, making it a smart choice for beauty shoppers looking to save. Shoppers can expect sitewide deals, tiered discounts, exclusive offers, and occasional free gifts with purchase. Signing up for NARS email or SMS alerts is a reliable way to get early access to these promotions and maximize savings.
Does NARS support Buy Now, Pay Later?
NARS shoppers can enjoy the flexibility of Afterpay, letting you split your purchase into four interest-free payments over six weeks. This option is great for budgeting beauty buys, but it's only available for US customers on orders between $35 and $1,000 with a Visa or Mastercard.
