Our Guide to 2026 Pelican Shopping Policies

• Where do I enter a Discount Code at Pelican?

Find the Discount Code box in the upper right of the Shipping Page at Pelican. Enter your Discount Code and click Apply to add it to your order.

• What return guidelines does Pelican have?

Pelican offers a straightforward 15-day return policy for items bought directly from their website, provided products are unused, in original packaging, and include all extras. Shoppers have 30 days to make a return if the product arrives defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless Pelican is at fault, in which case they will cover shipping both ways. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, with no store credit or gift card options. Final Sale items and purchases from other retailers are not returnable, so shop carefully for the best experience.

• What shipping guidelines does Pelican have?

Pelican's shipping policy is generally shopper-friendly, offering free ground shipping within the contiguous US on select items. Processing times are reasonable, though can be slightly longer during sales or for certain items like drinkware and electronics. Overall, Pelican offers reliable shipping options with clear timelines, making it a solid choice for shoppers looking for deals and dependable delivery.

• Are there any special discounts available from Pelican?

Pelican offers a 15% discount on eligible orders for military members, veterans, and first responders. To use the offer, eligible shoppers must verify their status through ID.me before applying the discount. The discount is limited to qualifying orders and is available only to the these groups.

• What's the procedure to cancel at Pelican?

Pelican's order cancellation policy is strict, so shoppers should act quickly if they need to change or cancel an order. Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled or modified. It's important to double-check your order before confirming since cancellation is not guaranteed.

• Does Pelican provide big periodic sales?

Pelican offers valuable seasonal sales, especially around Black Friday, with discounts often reaching up to 15% on popular cases and occasional exclusive deals for subscribers. While some product lines may be excluded, shoppers benefit from a generous holiday return window, making Pelican's sales events a smart time to save on durable cases and gear.

• Does Pelican support price matching on purchases?

Pelican.com does not offer price matching, but elitecooler.com, which sells Pelican coolers, does provide a price match guarantee with several restrictions. Shoppers should note that price-matched items are not eligible for free returns and return shipping is not covered, so while you can save if you find a lower price elsewhere, the policy is limited and less flexible than some competitors. This makes it important for deal seekers to review the terms carefully before purchasing to ensure they get the best value.
