• What should I know about returns at philosophy?

philosophy offers a standard return policy where shoppers have 30 days from receipt to return items bought directly from philosophy.com. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including a $7.95 fee for using a prepaid label, which can make returns less appealing. Final sale items cannot be returned, and gifts received with a purchase must be returned to receive a full refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after the return is received.

• What's the standard shipping policy for philosophy?

philosophy orders are processed in 1-2 business days, but anything placed after 10 am ET starts processing the next business day, which can slow things down. Delivery is estimated at 5-7 business days and is not guaranteed, so plan ahead. Free shipping is a nice perk on orders over $50, but hazardous items must go by ground. Overall, the policy is straightforward.

philosophy provides a 15% discount for students, teachers, healthcare workers, and first responders, making it a great option for those groups looking to save on skincare and beauty products. While the discount cannot be combined with other offers and some exclusions apply, this policy still offers valuable savings for eligible shoppers.

• What are the rules for canceling at philosophy?

philosophy has a strict cancellation policy, as orders cannot be changed or canceled once payment is processed or the order has shipped. If philosophy cannot ship within the promised timeframe or within 30 days, consent for a delay is requested or the order is canceled with a full refund including shipping within 14 working days. Unwanted items must go through the return process.
