Where do I enter a promo code on Super Travel?
On the Review Order page under Guest Details, find the Promo Code box in the middle right under Promotions & Credits. Enter your code and click Apply to add the savings to your booking.
What is Super Travel's return policy?
Super Travel offers the Enhanced Refund option, which ensures a booking is 100% refundable in the case unforeseen circumstances arise. They provide a list of events that qualify as unforeseen. A Refund Application Form will need to be filled out, and evidence may be requested based on the reason for the refund. This must be done within 60 days after the scheduled booking date.
Super Travel cancellations depend on whether or not the booking was labeled as refundable or non-refundable. Reservations marked refundable can be canceled directly from an account, within the allowed cancellation window, by selecting the cancellation option and choosing a refund method. Refunds may be issued instantly to a Super.com Card or returned to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Bookings labeled non-refundable are final and cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. There is also Enhanced Refund insurance that can be added to a booking that makes it 100% refundable if an unexpected circumstance arises.
Super+ costs $15 per month and can be canceled anytime through the Manage Membership page. Members receive 50% more earnings on offers, up to 40% off hotels, an extra 10% hotel cashback, up to $25 off flights, 15% off tours and activities, 25% off Disney tickets, and 1% cashback on eligible purchases. Rewards may be used as travel credits or as cash with the Super.com Card. Terms and eligibility requirements apply.
Does Super Travel offer Buy Now Pay Later options?
Book your travel now and pay over time at Super Travel by using the PayPal Buy Now Pay Later option. This flexible payment method is available for all bookings and products on the platform that currently accept standard PayPal transactions. This feature allows you to split the cost of your hotel stays and travel adventures into smaller payments rather than paying the full amount upfront.

Does Super Travel offer price matching?
Super Travel offers Price Drop Protection to eligible Super+ members who opt in through the app or website. If you find the same item online for a lower price from the same retailer within 30 days of purchase, you can file a claim for the difference when the price drop is at least $10. Reimbursement is usually issued as Super+ Earn credits, with a limit of 2 claims per month, $100 per claim, and up to $500 per year.
Super Travel offers the Super.com Charge Card, a secured card that can be used anywhere Mastercard is accepted. Cardholders can use rewards with the Super.com Card, earn unlimited cash back on Super.com Card purchases, get 10% cash back on hotels booked with Super.com, and receive 1% cash back through the Super.com Card program, though users must subscribe to the Super+ membership for $15 per month to be eligible for the card and its benefits.
