What we've found is that Szul reliably shows sitewide percentage-off banners and makes promotional codes easy to spot on main pages and during checkout. Promo activity is not tied to any particular event and appears throughout the year. A dedicated clearance section features ongoing markdowns that refresh as inventory changes. No formal loyalty program or exclusive member pricing is available, but the store offers a discount through the Szul mailing list.

What is Szul's return policy?
Szul.com offers a generally fair return policy with a standard 30-day window for most jewelry, making it convenient for shoppers who want flexibility. However, certified loose diamonds and custom settings have a shorter 15-day return period, and engraved items come with a steep 35% restocking fee, which could be a drawback for personalized gifts. Return shipping is not covered, so factor in that cost. On the plus side, Szul provides a 60-day repair guarantee and free ring resizing, adding extra value and peace of mind for buyers.
Szul provides shoppers with free, insured shipping in the US using trusted carriers like USPS, FedEx, and UPS, which is a great perk for anyone looking to save on delivery costs. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST are processed the next business day, so plan accordingly if you need your jewelry quickly. International and military address shipping is limited for certain diamond purchases, requiring a bank wire transfer instead of a credit card. Alteration requests may take up to 5 business days to process, so factor in extra time for customized orders. Overall, Szul's shipping policy is reliable and cost-effective for most US customers, but international buyers and those needing special services should review the details before purchasing.
Szul regularly offers attractive seasonal sales like Super Summer Sales and Weekend Jewelry Deals, with discounts reaching up to 90% off and site-wide offers such as 15% off. Shoppers can expect the best deals during summer and July events. Closeout or Clearance items are excluded from further promotions, so check terms before buying. Holiday return policies add extra value.
Is there a Buy Now, Pay Later plan through Szul?
Szul provides a Buy Now Pay Later option through Affirm, letting shoppers split their jewelry purchases into manageable payments. While this can make buying more accessible, important details like payment schedules and interest rates depend on Affirm's terms, so review those carefully before committing. This flexibility is convenient for budget-minded shoppers, but always check the final cost to avoid surprises.
