Tires Plus offers a 90-day exchange on eligible Bridgestone and Firestone tires if you are not satisfied. Exchanges must be handled at the original purchase location. The policy applies only to eligible Bridgestone and Firestone tires. To use it, bring the tires back to the store where you bought them and request an exchange. The store processes the swap in person and provides the replacement as the outcome.
Tires Plus is a service-center-based business and does not ship products directly to customers. There are no shipping methods or delivery speeds available, and all services and products must be handled at a physical location. Because shipping is not offered, there are no shipping fees and no free shipping promotions. Special options such as same day delivery or expedited shipping are not provided. Shipping coverage does not apply to any regions or addresses.
Tires Plus offers a 10% discount and tax-free benefits on tire and service purchases for Veterans and Active Duty military customers. The offer applies to qualifying military shoppers who visit Tires Plus for eligible vehicle service or tire purchases.
To cancel a tire installation appointment with Tires Plus, shoppers can contact the selected installation location directly or reach customer service by phone at 844-338-0739. Phone support is available Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. CST and Saturday through Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST for cancellation help.
