Our Guide to 2026 TOMS Shopping Policies

• Where do I enter a Discount Code on TOMS?

On TOMS, go to the Checkout Page and find the Discount Code field in the upper right of the page. Enter your Discount Code and click Apply to add the savings to your order.

• What is the TOMS return policy?

Unworn and unwashed items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Final sale items are not eligible. If you choose a refund, the amount is sent to your original payment method and a $4.99 restocking fee applies. Choose store credit to avoid the fee, as store credit has no restocking fee.

• How is shipping managed at TOMS?

TOMS offers free economy shipping for shoppers who spend $75 or more and ship to the contiguous US, making it a good deal for coupon seekers looking to save on delivery costs. Orders are processed quickly within 1 to 3 business days and shipped via reliable carriers like UPS and USPS, though delivery times are only estimates. Shoppers outside the contiguous US should note that free shipping does not apply and extra charges may occur.

• Are there any special discounts currently available at TOMS?

TOMS offers a valuable 15% discount to students and a 20% discount for teachers, healthcare workers, first responders, and military members, including veterans. Students must verify eligibility through UNiDAYS, and the rest of the eligible groups must verify through ID.me to receive an instant coupon code for use at checkout. This discount is valid on full-priced items and markdown items but cannot be used on gift cards, taxes, shipping, or combined with other promotions.

• What is the TOMS order cancellation policy?

TOMS has a strict order cancellation policy. Once your order is placed and accepted, it cannot be stopped from shipping. For TOMS (re)WEAR GOOD program orders, cancellation requests can be made by email, but are not guaranteed if the order has already been processed. This policy means you should double-check your cart before purchasing, but the return window offers some flexibility if you change your mind.

• Is Buy Now, Pay Later available at TOMS?

TOMS shoppers can take advantage of a flexible buy now pay later option through Klarna, making it easier to budget for purchases by splitting payments into four interest-free installments or paying in full within 30 days.
