What is the return policy at UPS?
UPS Happy Returns lets shoppers start a return or exchange on the retailer's website and receive a QR code for drop-off. Items can be taken box-free and label-free to a Return Bar location, including The UPS Store, Ulta Beauty, Staples or Giant Eagle. Refunds, exchanges and store credit are initiated immediately, and some Return Bar locations also offer an in-store coupon.
UPS offers multiple shipping services based on speed and shipment type. UPS Ground and Flat Rate shipping are available for lower-cost delivery. Faster options include UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS 3 Day Select for scheduled delivery needs, plus UPS Next Day Air for guaranteed next-day service. Same-day delivery is available through Roadie and UPS Express Critical, and freight and 150+ lb shipments have dedicated shipping options.
An unshipped UPS package can be canceled by signing in to UPS.com, opening Shipping History, selecting the vertical ellipsis in the Action menu, and choosing Void. A successfully canceled package will show a red dot in the Voided column. If more than 90 days have passed since the label was created, UPS must be contacted to request the void. Void requests are not processed after 180 days.
UPS offers a free loyalty program for invited customers with a UPS shipping account in good standing. Enrollment must be completed within 6 months of the invitation, and authorized users must be 18 or older. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and expire 12 months after they are earned. There is no minimum revenue requirement and no cap on points earned. Points can be redeemed for available rewards, which UPS may change at any time.
