What is Verizon Fios' return policy?
Customers must return Verizon Fios equipment within 30 days of the service disconnection date to avoid an unreturned equipment charge. To start the return process, contact Verizon, after which the equipment can be dropped off at a designated UPS Store. The UPS Store will scan, package, and ship the equipment, and the return receipt should be kept for records. Verizon will send an email confirmation once the return is completed, and Verizon should be contacted if there are any issues.
Verizon Fios offers multiple shipping options for devices and accessories with costs based on quantity. Free ground and some 2-day shipping is available depending on order type and value. In-store pickup is free. Additional devices or accessories incur a $2 charge. Expedited shipping is available to most states excluding AK and HI, and 2-day orders placed before 8 PM M-F or 2 PM Sat arrive in 2 business days. Overnight orders placed before 6 PM M-F or 2 PM Sat arrive next day. Delivery excludes Sundays and holidays. PO Boxes cannot receive shipments but can be used for billing.
Special discounts are available for military members, veterans, and their families on mobile, Fios internet, or bundled services. Mobile plans start at $25 per line with four lines on Unlimited Welcome, Auto Pay, and paper-free billing. Fios internet plans start at $30 per month with 300 Mbps, Auto Pay, and any Verizon mobile plan. Bundling mobile and Fios adds $15 per month in savings. Students can receive verified discounts on mobile or Fios plans and combine them with Mobile and Home Discounts for additional savings.
To cancel Verizon Fios, contact customer support via phone or online chat with your account details ready. All leased equipment must be returned within 30 days to avoid additional charges. If you are under contract, an early termination fee may apply and typically decreases over time. After cancellation, you will receive a final bill that may include prorated service fees and a charge for unreturned equipment if applicable.
Verizon Fios offers the Verizon Visa Card with no annual fee. You earn 4% rewards on dining, gas, grocery store, and Verizon store purchases, excluding bill payments, and 1% on all other purchases. Rewards have no caps and can be applied to your Verizon bill. Cardholders may pre-qualify without impacting credit. Verizon Wireless customers can access 0% APR financing over 36 months on select devices. Purchases require credit approval, and standard exclusions apply.
