Our Guide to 2026 Mary Maxim Shopping Policies

• Where do I enter a Discount Code at Mary Maxim?

Find the Discount Code box in the center right of the Checkout Page on Mary Maxim. Enter your Discount Code and click Apply to apply it to your order.

• What's the standard return policy at Mary Maxim?

Mary Maxim's return policy is generally shopper-friendly, offering a generous 90-day window for most items in resellable condition and free returns for U.S. customers, which is great for coupon hunters seeking risk-free shopping. However, branded items have a shorter 30-day return period, and some products like gift cards and intimate apparel are non-returnable. Be aware of a possible restocking fee up to 20% for large or problematic returns, and report faulty products quickly.

• What is Mary Maxim's shipping policy?

Mary Maxim offers shoppers a flexible shipping policy with standard and express options using trusted carriers like UPS, USPS, Amazon shipping, FedEx and DHL. Delivery times are reasonable, with standard shipping typically arriving in 5-7 business days and express in 2-3 business days, though remote locations may take longer. Shipping costs are based on the order total, and all items ship together once in stock. Express shipping is sent via UPS, USPS, or FedEx and is not available for PO boxes. Overall, Mary Maxim's shipping policy is straightforward and reliable.

• What should I know about canceling at Mary Maxim?

Mary Maxim's order cancellation policy is fairly standard and shopper-friendly, allowing you to cancel or change your order as long as it hasn't shipped yet, but you must call customer service to do so. Cancellations depend on order status, and refunds are issued to your original payment method, with any store credit or rewards applied first. This straightforward approach gives peace of mind if you need to adjust your order, but be sure to act quickly since cancellations are only possible before shipping.

• Does Mary Maxim have a loyalty program?

Mary Maxim's Mary's Rewards loyalty program is a solid option for frequent craft shoppers. Members earn points on every purchase when logged in to an account and can redeem those points for discounts at checkout. The program also offers bonus points for account creation and email sign-ups, making it a worthwhile choice for dedicated crafters looking to save over time.

• Are large sales events part of Mary Maxim's offerings?

Mary Maxim frequently offers seasonal sales, including yarn discounts up to 60% on select items, along with rotating promotions such as bundle deals on puzzles. Free shipping promotions may also appear during limited-time events with a minimum spend. Their Preferred Crafters Club Membership provides 10% off most purchases year-round, including many sale items, plus occasional added perks. Its value mainly depends on how often shoppers use the discounts.

• Does Mary Maxim accept buy now, pay later?

Mary Maxim offers Shop Pay installments for eligible purchases over $35. Customers can select the installment option during checkout to divide the order over time with no additional fees or credit score impact. This option allows the purchase cost to be spread over time instead of paid in full at checkout.
