If an event is canceled with no rescheduled date, Vivid Seats will issue a full refund of the purchase price, including delivery fees, less possible restocking fees, or a credit for use on a future purchase. Cancellations, returns and exchanges are not allowed once a purchase is completed. Shoppers should always double-check order details before submitting payment.
Vivid Seats tickets ship by the expected delivery date. Check the Vivid Seats app for the most current order status and use tracking details to see whether UPS requires a signature. Because tickets usually cannot be reprinted or replaced, UPS may require a signature as proof of delivery when the package arrives.
Vivid Seats provides eligible Military, First Responders, Medical Providers, Nurses, Teachers, and Students with a 10% discount on eligible ticket purchases. To claim the offer, verification must be completed through ID.me.
What's the procedure to cancel at Vivid Seats?
Vivid Seats has a strict order cancellation policy where all sales are final and confirmed orders cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged. If your event is canceled and not rescheduled, you are covered by their 100% Buyer Guarantee for a full refund or store credit including fees and delivery charges. Postponed or rescheduled events do not qualify for refunds.
