Our Guide to 2026 Babylist Shopping Policies

• Where do I enter a Discount Code at Babylist?

Find the Discount Code box in the middle right of the Checkout page on Babylist. Enter the Discount Code and click Apply to apply it to the order.

• Can you explain Babylist's return rules?

Babylist offers a shopper-friendly return policy with a generous 9-month window for most items, as long as they are unopened and in original packaging, making it easy to shop with confidence. Returns are free and hassle-free, with no shipping charges, and refunds are processed quickly, usually within 5 business days. However, opened or used items are not eligible, and some products like Soundly Mattresses have a shorter return period. Purchases from partner retailers must follow those stores' policies.

• What is Babylist's shipping procedure?

Babylist offers shoppers a straightforward shipping policy with free standard shipping on orders over $45, making it appealing for budget-conscious parents. Orders process in 2-3 business days, and expedited options are available for faster delivery. However, shipping is limited to the US, with longer wait times for Hawaii and Alaska, and furniture orders take several weeks. Tracking is easy, but you cannot schedule specific delivery dates.

• Does Babylist allow cancellations?

Babylist may allow a limited window to cancel an order after it is placed, but order details can't be changed after they've been placed. Shoppers can cancel their orders through their email confirmation. To cancel a purchase of a registry item sold by another retailer, customers will need to contact that retailer directly. Double-checking all order details before checkout is especially important when purchasing from this store.

• Does Babylist offer major sales events?

Babylist is a reliable choice for parents looking to save on baby gear, especially during major sales like Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Shoppers can expect discounts ranging from 20% to 60% on essentials such as cribs, strollers, and maternity items from trusted brands. These seasonal sales are a smart opportunity to get quality products at lower prices.

• Is there a Buy Now, Pay Later plan through Babylist?

Babylist's Sezzle option can divide an approved, eligible order into payments beginning at purchase and continuing every two weeks over six weeks. The initial amount is stated in the offer, along with any service, finance or late fees; four installments do not guarantee that the total equals the product's price. Approval is required even when the application uses a soft inquiry that does not affect your score. Features such as Sezzle Up can involve reporting loan information, so the application check and later reporting are separate considerations.
