Our Guide to 2026 Stride Rite Shopping Policies

• Where do I enter my code on Stride Rite?

Enter your code in the Discount Code box at the upper right of the Express Checkout page. Click Apply to redeem your code before completing your purchase.

• What is the return policy at Stride Rite?

Stride Rite allows refunds on new, unworn items in their original condition when they are returned within 35 days of purchase. Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned, and this includes merchandise under $20. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns that meet these rules are processed for a refund.

• What should I know about Stride Rite's shipping?

Stride Rite's shipping policy is fairly shopper-friendly, especially if you're looking to save with free standard shipping on orders over $55, which is a great perk for coupon hunters. They offer multiple delivery options including Standard, Express, and Overnight, giving flexibility based on how quickly you need your order. However, shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous US states and APO/FPO addresses, so customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories are out of luck. Processing takes 1-3 business days before your order ships, and delivery times vary by method. Express and Overnight shipping use UPS and can't be sent to PO Boxes, so keep that in mind if you use one. Overall, Stride Rite's shipping policy is reliable and straightforward, but best suited for shoppers within the continental US looking to maximize savings with free shipping offers.

• Does Stride Rite allow order cancellations?

Stride Rite does not allow cancellations or order changes after an order is placed because orders are processed quickly. Once checkout is complete, the purchase cannot be modified or stopped under this policy. If you no longer want the item, you can return it after it is delivered and contact customer service with any order questions.

Points can be redeemed for discounts, but are only valid for striderite.com orders.

• Does Stride Rite have large promotional events?

Stride Rite offers shoppers great opportunities to save with their End of Season Sale and frequent limited-time discounts, including up to 30% off select items. Joining the Little Loyals rewards program unlocks exclusive deals and early access to special events, making it a smart choice for families looking for quality kids' shoes at lower prices.

• Does Stride Rite let customers pay in installments?

Stride Rite offers Afterpay for qualifying purchases, allowing the order amount to be paid through four interest-free installments. Payments are typically spaced about two weeks apart. Customers can complete checkout without paying the entire balance immediately and finish payment over the scheduled installment period.
