Our analysis shows that general coupon codes and storewide markdowns seldom appear at Brilliant Earth, with the brand instead emphasizing value through ethical sourcing and customization. Limited-time offers sometimes make an appearance on select collections, but these do not follow a steady pattern. Financing options such as Affirm and layaway are promoted as alternative ways to access jewelry, not as direct savings. Loyalty programs or member pricing are not a core part of the promotional strategy.

Our Guide to 2026 Brilliant Earth Shopping Policies
Where do I enter a promo code at Brilliant Earth?
On the Shopping Bag page, locate the bottom right section labeled Enter a Gift Card or Promo Code. Enter your code in the box and click Apply to redeem it on your order.
Can you explain Brilliant Earth's return rules?
Brilliant Earth's return policy is shopper-friendly, offering free 30-day returns and exchanges on most jewelry for a full refund or exchange, provided items are unworn and include original documentation. Some exclusions apply, such as custom or engraved pieces. Refunds are processed quickly, usually within 5 business days. Shoppers will appreciate the added value of a free lifetime manufacturing warranty and a lifetime diamond upgrade, making Brilliant Earth a trustworthy choice for jewelry purchases. The lifetime diamond upgrade allows customers to exchange their diamond for a new one, pending guidelines.
Brilliant Earth's shipping policy is great for shoppers looking for value and peace of mind, as they offer free FedEx shipping and free return shipping. Orders are insured for their full value during transit, adding extra security. Delivery times can vary since most items are made to order, but you'll get a clear expected date at checkout. Note that P.O. boxes are not accepted.
Does Brilliant Earth have discount offers for customers?
Brilliant Earth offers special discounts for medical professionals, first responders, military, teachers, and students, providing complimentary silver studs with qualifying purchases. Eligibility is verified through trusted third-party platforms and a promo code is needed at checkout. These exclusive offers cannot be combined with other promotions, making them a valuable but limited benefit for eligible shoppers.
Brilliant Earth's order cancellation policy is fairly shopper-friendly, allowing you to cancel or change your online order soon after placing it, either through your account or by contacting support if processing has started. However, for layaway purchases, canceling after 30 days means a 20% restocking fee and store credit instead of a refund.
Brilliant Earth does not offer traditional sales with marked-down prices, but instead provides special promotions like complimentary diamond earrings or fine jewelry with qualifying purchases. This approach can add extra value for shoppers looking for high-quality jewelry, making it a good option for those who appreciate bonus gifts rather than direct discounts.
Does Brilliant Earth have a Buy Now, Pay Later program?
Brilliant Earth offers shoppers flexible Buy Now, Pay Later options through Affirm, with payment plans up to 36 months and interest rates starting at 0% APR, depending on credit approval. You can apply at checkout and get a real-time decision, making it easy to budget for your purchase.
• Source • Source This Pay Later finding is based on our team's live checkout simulation on BrilliantEarth.com.
Are there credit card options available at Brilliant Earth?
Brilliant Earth offers shoppers the Wells Fargo Jewelry Advantage credit card which features special 12 month financing on qualifying purchases for approved customers. You can apply easily at checkout, and you must make minimum monthly payments during the promotional period.
Bring old Brilliant Earth gold or platinum jewelry to a showroom when trading up. Recycling it can trigger instant credit, and a replacement at the same or lower value gets a 50% discount.
