In examining Club Monaco's savings approach, we find that sitewide and category-level promotions are frequently featured on the website, with many discounts automatically applied at checkout or reflected in listed prices. A dedicated sale section offers ongoing markdowns throughout the year, while larger seasonal and holiday events often bring additional savings. Club Monaco does not emphasize a loyalty program or member-exclusive pricing, though new email subscribers commonly receive a welcome discount. Overall, the retailer's savings strategy leans more toward automatic promotions and sale markdowns than a rewards-based or coupon-heavy model.

Our Guide to 2026 Club Monaco Shopping Policies
Where do I enter a Discount Code at Club Monaco?
Find the Discount Code box in the upper right of the Checkout Page at Club Monaco. Enter your Discount Code and click Apply to apply it to your order.
What's the standard return policy at Club Monaco?
Club Monaco offers a fairly standard return policy for online shoppers, allowing returns within 21 days of purchase as long as items are in new, unworn condition with tags and the original receipt. Refunds go back to your original payment method, but be aware there is an $8 fee if you use their shipping label and original shipping costs are not refunded. Some items like bodysuits, underwear, and final sale products cannot be returned. Overall, this policy is clear but not the most flexible for bargain hunters.
Club Monaco's shipping policy is straightforward and reliable. Economy shipping typically takes 8-10 business days, and free shipping is available on orders over $150, which is a nice perk for coupon and deal seekers. Expedited shipping is not available for P.O. boxes, and they do not ship to Puerto Rico. Overall, the policy is clear and trustworthy, but shoppers looking for faster delivery or shipping to certain locations may find it restrictive.
Club Monaco's order cancellation policy is fairly restrictive, as shoppers cannot make changes to an order once it is placed. If you need to adjust your purchase, you must cancel quickly or wait to return the item after delivery. The cancellation option is only available for a short time, so act fast and check your account for the cancellation button. Customer service is available for help, but flexibility is limited. This policy may be inconvenient for those who often change their minds, so plan your Club Monaco shopping carefully.
Club Monaco is a reliable choice for shoppers looking for stylish deals, with frequent seasonal sales events offering significant savings. Discounts can reach up to 60% off, especially during major events like Memorial Day or Summer Sales, though most promotions historically fall in the 25-35% off range. Sale prices are usually applied automatically or may require a promo code, and most offers are limited to specific items. Some exclusions apply, such as gift cards and previous purchases, and offers typically cannot be combined. Overall, Club Monaco's sales are a great opportunity for savvy shoppers to save on quality fashion, but always check the terms for eligible items and exclusions.
Does Club Monaco offer price adjustments after purchase?
Club Monaco offers price adjustments on items bought at full retail price when the request is made within seven days of the invoice date. Sale purchases and items bought with a promotional discount do not qualify for any additional adjustment, so check the price before contacting the store.
Club Monaco occasionally runs a Friends and Family sale with discounts of up to 30% off sitewide. The timing of this promotion varies, so check the official website for current event dates.
