Our Guide to 2026 ModCloth Shopping Policies

• Where can I use my ModCloth discount code?

At ModCloth, on the Review Order Page, find the Discount Code box in the upper right. Enter your code and click Apply to redeem it before completing your purchase.

• What's the standard return policy at ModCloth?

ModCloth offers a straightforward return policy, giving shoppers 30 days from delivery to return or exchange items as long as they are unused and in original condition with tags and packaging. Refunds are processed quickly to the original payment method, or shoppers can opt for store credit on ModCloth brand clothing. While a $12 return shipping fee is deducted from refunds, the convenience of a pre-paid return label is a plus. Note that final sale items and some brands are excluded from returns.

• What is ModCloth's shipping policy?

ModCloth's shipping policy is straightforward but may not suit shoppers needing fast delivery. Orders within the contiguous USA are processed in 1-3 business days, but ground shipping can take up to two weeks. Shipping is free for orders over $150, which is a nice perk for bargain hunters, but there is a $12.95 fee for smaller orders.

ModCloth's ModSquad Rewards program is a solid choice for frequent shoppers looking to save, offering free membership and easy ways to earn points through purchases and activities like reviews. With perks like birthday bonuses, free shipping, exclusive discounts and early access to sales, the program adds real value. Tiered levels mean more benefits as shoppers make purchases, and points expire after one year of inactivity, making it a shopper-friendly loyalty program.

• When does ModCloth usually have its biggest seasonal sales?

ModCloth offers frequent seasonal sales including popular events like Black Friday and themed promotions such as the Leprechaun Sale for St. Patrick's Day. Shoppers can benefit from tiered discounts that increase with higher spending amounts. Some brands and categories may be excluded and sale prices are not retroactive on previous purchases.

• Is Buy Now, Pay Later part of ModCloth's options?

ModCloth offers Buy Now Pay Later options through Klarna and Zip, letting shoppers split purchases into four manageable payments with no interest. This flexible payment method can help budget-conscious customers shop for fashion without paying the full amount upfront, though a soft credit check may apply.
