Smart Shopping Tip
Join Diamond Loyalty for free before you buy so the robe purchase counts toward points on every dollar spent. Points build toward higher reward tiers rather than being spent, and while they do not expire with regular activity, accounts inactive for four years can lose points.

Our Guide to 2026 David's Bridal Shopping Policies
Where do I enter my Promo Code at David's Bridal?
On the David's Bridal Shopping Bag page, find the Promo Code box at the bottom right, enter your promo code, and click Apply to redeem your discount before completing checkout.
How are returns managed at David's Bridal?
David's Bridal offers a straightforward 30-day return window for both online and in-store purchases, making it convenient for shoppers to get a refund to the original payment method. However, returns must be in pristine, unused condition with all tags and packaging, and some items like personalized, altered, or final sale merchandise are not eligible. Be aware that mail returns using their prepaid label incur a $14.99 fee, which can impact your refund amount.
What shipping guidelines does David's Bridal have?
David's Bridal offers shoppers flexible shipping options, including standard, two business day, and next business day delivery, with clear estimated delivery times. Shipping is available across the US, but not to PO boxes or military addresses. For Diamond Members, standard shipping is free for orders over $99 in the contiguous US, making it a good value for larger purchases. Express shipping costs extra and custom orders may take much longer to arrive.
What is David's Bridal's order cancellation policy?
David's Bridal does not allow shoppers to change or cancel orders once submitted, as processing begins immediately. If David's Bridal cancels an order before it ships, the company will refund the optional Shipping Protection Fee for those who selected it at checkout. To check on an order's status, shoppers can visit the Order Status page, call customer service at 1-844-400-3222, or text HELLO to 38201 for assistance.
The Diamond Loyalty Program at David's Bridal is a solid choice for shoppers looking to maximize savings and perks on wedding and special occasion purchases. Free to join for anyone 16 or older, the program lets you earn points on every dollar spent, with friends and family able to contribute to your total. Points never expire and higher tiers unlock extra discounts and exclusive gifts, making it a worthwhile option for frequent shoppers.
David's Bridal frequently offers seasonal sales with discounts on select wedding, bridesmaid, prom, and occasion dresses, making it a smart choice for shoppers looking to save. Shoppers can expect up to 30% off regular-price items and up to 50% off some prom dresses. These promotions are time-limited and can often be combined with Diamond Loyalty discounts, but not with other offers or on clearance and final sale items.
Is Buy Now, Pay Later part of David's Bridal's options?
The Sezzle option at David's Bridal covers eligible orders from $20 to $2,500, with purchase approval required. Its usual four-payment arrangement starts with 25% upfront and three biweekly installments, but the initial amount and dates can change with eligibility and order timing. Service, finance, late or failed-payment fees may apply to the selected product. A soft application inquiry does not lower your score; reporting can still occur, including through Sezzle Up. If an outfit is returned, keep following the payment schedule until Sezzle confirms the loan adjustment rather than stopping payments when the return is sent.
