Lulu & Georgia promotes discounts through its dedicated Sale and Offers sections, including limited-time markdowns on select styles. It also offers a 10% discount on a first order for customers who sign up for its email list. Not all promotions require a coupon code, but some discounts are applied directly to marked-down products. Interior designers, architects, and other eligible professionals can join the Lulu & Georgia Trade Program for exclusive trade pricing, currently advertised as 20% off with no code required.

Our Guide to 2026 Lulu & Georgia Shopping Policies
Where do I enter a Discount Code at Lulu & Georgia?
On the Shipping Page, find the Discount Code box in the upper right of the page. Enter your Discount Code and click Apply to apply it to your order.
What's Lulu & Georgia's return process?
Lulu & Georgia offers a standard 30-day return window for most eligible items, as long as they are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging, which is reassuring for shoppers seeking flexibility. While some exceptions apply, such as installed lighting or opened bedding, most rug returns are free and select items qualify for complimentary return labels. However, customers should note that return shipping costs may apply and certain returns incur a 15% restocking fee. Final sale and custom items are not returnable.
Lulu & Georgia offers reliable FedEx shipping for most items and uses third-party carriers for White Glove deliveries, but only ships within the 48 contiguous US states, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and P.O. boxes. Most in-stock orders ship in 5-7 business days, with some express options available. Shipping fees are based on the original price before discounts, starting at $8.95, so shoppers should factor this into their savings.
Does Lulu & Georgia offer any special discounts or promotions currently?
Lulu & Georgia offers a valuable L&G Trade Program designed for professionals in interior design, architecture, and home staging. Qualified members enjoy a 20% discount on all full-priced items sitewide, early access to new collections, and dedicated trade specialist support. This trade discount cannot be combined with other promotions.
Lulu & Georgia's order cancellation policy is strict, especially for made-to-order, cut-to-order or final sale items, which cannot be canceled at all. For other products, shoppers must contact customer support to request a cancellation, and special handling applies to white glove items. If cancellation happens after shipping or delivery is refused for reasons other than damage, expect a 15% restocking fee, plus original shipping and handling charges. For bigger orders like furniture, the restocking fee is 15%. This policy means shoppers should be certain before placing an order, as flexibility is limited and extra costs can add up.
Are large sales events part of Lulu & Georgia's offerings?
Lulu & Georgia is a great destination for shoppers looking to save on stylish home decor and furniture, especially during their major sales events like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and their annual anniversary sale. Shoppers can expect sitewide discounts of around 25%, with even deeper savings on select seasonal decor and furniture. These sales usually apply to full-price, in-stock items and cannot be combined with other offers, making them some of the best times to shop for deals on high-quality home goods.
What buy now pay later options does Lulu & Georgia offer?
Lulu & Georgia shoppers can use Affirm to buy now and pay later, spreading payments over 3, 6, or 12 months with APRs from 0% to 36% based on credit. Approval requires a credit check, and down payments may apply. No hidden fees are included with this option. Shoppers should note that their total plan amount may be adjusted due to store updates, such as a higher tax or shipping rate than expected.

Does Lulu & Georgia offer price adjustments?
Lulu & Georgia offers price adjustments on full-price items bought within 7 days of a discount as long as no previous offers were applied to the order. The adjustment is issued as store credit for the price difference before taxes and shipping. Promotional offers cannot be combined, including sitewide and shipping offers, and expired promotions cannot be applied to earlier purchases after the sale period is no longer active.
