What's Delphi Glass' return process?
Delphi Glass offers a fairly standard return policy, giving shoppers 30 days to return most items and 14 days for art glass gifts, which is helpful for those who change their mind. However, customers usually pay for return shipping unless the item is defective or there was a store error. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method, but some items like gift cards, media, special orders, and certain glass products are not eligible for return. Overall, the policy is clear but has several exclusions to note.
What should shoppers know about Delphi Glass shipping?
Delphi Glass offers store pickup for in-stock items at the Lansing Creativity Center with no boxing or shipping charges when selected at checkout. Standard orders usually ship by FedEx or the U.S. Post Office, with next day or second day air available for an extra charge on many items. Truck delivered items, such as large kilns and glass crates, are shipped freight collect and freight charges are paid at delivery. Media Mail is available only for eligible orders containing books, DVDs, and CDs, with delivery in about 5 to 10 days.
Does Delphi Glass give special discounts?
Delphi Glass offers approved education accounts approximately 15% off most items year-round. Eligible applicants include public/private schools, nonprofits, and government entities.
How do cancellations work at Delphi Glass?
Delphi Glass offers a fair order cancellation policy that benefits shoppers by allowing cancellations or transfers for classes if you contact them in advance, and refunds for art glass gifts if the item has not shipped. However, special order products are usually non-cancelable. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method, making the process straightforward and trustworthy.
Is Delphi Glass known for big storewide sales?
Delphi Glass offers shoppers great opportunities to save throughout the year with major sales events like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and a Spring Sale. Their Annual Sidewalk Sale in July is especially popular for deep discounts on tools and equipment, sometimes 50% off or more. Daily Deals feature savings from 20% to 70% on select items, and additional annual events and craft learning days bring more one-day sales.
What is excluded from Delphi Glass discounts?
Delphi Glass discounts apply only to regular-priced items that are currently in stock. Offers cannot be used on prior orders, backordered products, starter kits, bandsaws, ring saws, grinders, foilers, kilns, flameworking torches and tools, 104 COE or boro glass rods, glass sample sets, software, precious metals, solder, or gift card purchases.
