Our Guide to 2026 Herrschners Shopping Policies

• Where do I enter a coupon code at Herrschners?

Enter your code in the Coupon Code box at the bottom right of the Your Cart page at Herrschners. Click Apply to redeem your promotion before completing your order.

• What's the standard return policy at Herrschners?

Herrschners offers a straightforward return policy that allows shoppers to return unused items in original packaging within 60 days for a full refund or exchange, making it easy to shop with confidence. However, customers must pay for return shipping, which is a downside. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, and some items like downloadable patterns and gift cards are not returnable. Large or late returns may incur a restocking fee up to 20%. Overall, Herrschners provides a reliable satisfaction guarantee.

• What is Herrschners' shipping policy?

Herrschners offers shoppers a variety of shipping options, including standard and expedited processing for a small extra fee, plus the choice to insure your delivery. They ship to most US locations. Orders are processed quickly, usually leaving the warehouse within two business days, and US delivery is generally prompt. Shipping costs are based on your order total, and free shipping deals are mostly limited to the contiguous US. Large or heavy orders may have extra charges, so budget-minded shoppers should check their cart totals.

• Does Herrschners give special customer discounts?

While there are no special discounts for students, military or teachers, signing up for the Herrschners email newsletter gives you 15% off your next order. Once you register, you'll also get access to birthday deals, free shipping, and exclusive promo codes.

• How does Herrschners handle cancellations?

Herrschners allows shoppers to cancel orders by contacting customer service via phone. However, once a club membership item has shipped, cancellation is not possible and the customer will be charged for that month. Refunds for cancelled club shipments exclude shipping fees, so customers may not get a full refund. Modifying orders also requires reaching out to customer service, so flexibility is limited. This policy is straightforward but may not be ideal for those who want hassle-free changes or cancellations, making it important to double-check an order before finalizing the purchase.

Herrschners offers the Smart Savings Club Membership, a paid loyalty program that gives shoppers ongoing value with a 10% discount on all orders, a free shipping coupon each year, a generous 90-day return window, and access to exclusive surprise deals. Membership is valid for one year and can be renewed easily, making it a solid choice for frequent crafters looking to maximize savings and perks.
