What are the rules for canceling at GoToBus?
GoToBus has a strict cancellation policy that does not allow customers to cancel reservations or receive refunds after booking. All bus tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Some tickets may be rescheduled before the original travel date and time for a fee depending on the bus operator's rules. In select cases tickets can be converted to an open ticket for future travel.

Points can be redeemed for discounts on both GoToBus and TakeTours, but you need at least 1,000 points to use them and you can't use points for partial payments.
