Deal activity revolves around targeted codes rather than loyalty incentives at SpotHero. We see a trend of percentage-off promotional codes delivered via email or app notifications, often connected to individual accounts. App-exclusive discounts pop up for mobile bookings, rewarding digital engagement. New-user app offers reinforce a savings style built on first-time and targeted deals, rather than general sitewide markdowns or promotions. Benefits like the Commuter Benefits card will unlock savings on regular rates.

Our Guide to 2026 SpotHero Shopping Policies
Where do I enter a Promo Code on SpotHero?
On SpotHero, go to the Shopping Cart with the header Spot Hero and find the Promo Code section listed under the Price Breakdown and labeled Add promo code in the bottom right. Enter your Promo Code and click Apply to add the savings to your order.
What are the rules for canceling at SpotHero?
SpotHero offers a traveler-friendly cancellation policy, allowing you to cancel most reservations for a full refund up until one minute before your start time with no extra fees. Cancellations are easy through the app, website, or phone. However, special event bookings may be non-refundable, so always check the details before confirming your reservation.
First-time SpotHero users can unlock 10% off their initial booking by reserving through the mobile app, with total savings capped at $5. To claim the discount, simply download the SpotHero app, create an account, and apply the promotion at checkout.
What does SpotHero's pricing transparency help you avoid?
SpotHero displays total prices with taxes and fees included, so the full cost is visible before booking in most locations. It should be noted some locations may charge an oversize fee that is not reflected in the price. This lets customers compare parking options easily and ensures there are no surprise charges at checkout.
How can SpotHero help you save money on parking in busy areas?
SpotHero lets you reserve parking ahead of time, usually at a lower price than paying at the lot, which can help you save and secure a spot in busy places. Look for location-specific deals to get the best value when using SpotHero.
The discount is not valid on group travel or Getaways by Southwest® vacation packages, through Global Distribution Systems, or special fares, such as military and government fares.
