In our experience, loyalty perks and sign-up discounts are presented as the primary savings levers at Kendra Scott, with email or SMS registration unlocking a standard welcome offer. Member-focused rewards, such as birthday perks and early access, are a fixed benefit for Club Kendra VIP members. Discount codes appear on occasion for wider discounts, but not on a set schedule. Reliable markdowns in a dedicated sale section provide frequent clearance opportunities.

What's the standard return policy at Kendra Scott?
Kendra Scott offers a shopper-friendly return policy, allowing returns of unworn items in original packaging within 30 days for a full refund to the original payment method, making it easy to shop with confidence. Free return shipping is available for eligible items, and you can also return in-store for exchange or store credit. However, some exclusions apply, such as engraved pieces, custom items, gift cards, and final sale products, which cannot be returned or exchanged.
What's the standard shipping policy for Kendra Scott?
Kendra Scott offers domestic shipping, making it a convenient choice. Standard shipping within the US typically arrives in about 2-4 business days, and expedited options are available for faster delivery, though fragrance items are limited to ground shipping. However, they do not ship to P.O. Boxes, and military addresses may experience significant delays, so plan accordingly.
Does Kendra Scott have discount offers for customers?
Kendra Scott provides a 15% appreciation discount for military members, first responders, healthcare workers, and teachers, making it a great way to save for those who qualify. Shoppers must verify eligibility through ID.me online or show valid photo ID in-store. The discount works both online and in-store, though some exclusions like engagement rings and gift cards apply. This policy offers trusted savings for eligible groups.
Kendra Scott's order cancellation policy is strict, as orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed, which may be inconvenient for shoppers who change their minds. However, eligible items can be returned after delivery, so you still have an option for a refund if the purchase doesn't work out. This policy is important to consider before finalizing your order.
Kendra Scott offers shoppers frequent opportunities to save with seasonal sales tied to major holidays, where discounts can reach up to 30% and perks like free shipping are common. Their year-round sale and clearance section is a reliable spot for deals up to 50% off, making it a smart choice for those seeking quality jewelry at reduced prices.
How does Kendra Scott buy now, pay later work?
Kendra Scott offers installment payment options through Afterpay, Affirm, Klarna, and PayPal. Afterpay can divide a purchase into four interest-free installments or monthly payments with interest. Affirm provides real-time financing for online orders, allowing you to receive your purchase now and repay it through fixed payments every two weeks or flexible monthly payments.
