What we've seen is that Nectar displays ongoing homepage discounts that refresh often, creating a sense of urgency but maintaining a steady promotional presence. Savings are usually applied at checkout without the need for codes, and bundled accessory offers with mattress purchases appear as a regular feature. Coupon codes and loyalty pricing are not central to Nectar's savings, as the focus remains on general, automatically applied deals available to all shoppers.

Our Guide to 2026 Nectar Shopping Policies
Where do I enter a Coupon Code at Nectar?
On the Nectar Shopping Cart page, find the Coupon Code field in the upper right. Enter your code and click Apply to see savings applied to your cart.
What's the standard return policy at Nectar?
Nectar offers a generally shopper-friendly return policy with no processing fees and full refunds on returned products, though shipping and service fees are nonrefundable. Mattresses have a generous trial period, but strict condition requirements and documentation deadlines apply. Bedding and accessories must be unopened for returns, and products shipped outside the contiguous US are not eligible. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, but discounts and promotional product values are not refunded.
Nectar offers shoppers a strong shipping policy with free shipping and returns on all orders within the contiguous US, making it easy to try their products risk-free. Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes. Alaska and Hawaii orders incur a $350 shipping fee per large item.
Nectar offers a special discount for US first responders and emergency personnel, providing an extra 5% off full-price items after verification. While this exclusive deal is a nice way to save on mattresses and bedding, it only applies to full-price merchandise and cannot be combined with other offers. Shoppers should note that the discount excludes shipping, taxes, and past purchases, and Nectar may change the policy at any time.
Nectar orders can be canceled any time before processing. Products may be returned for a full refund under the return terms for each product, but shipping fees, White Glove Service fees, state-based recycling fees and promotional value are not refunded. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. If an offer code was used, the dollar value of that code is not refunded or credited back when products are returned.
Nectar is a smart choice for shoppers looking to save on mattresses and bedding, especially during major holiday sales like Memorial Day, Independence Day, Black Friday, Christmas and Labor Day. Discounts can reach up to 50% on mattresses and bundles, with frequent offers of free accessories like pillows, mattress protectors and sheets.
Does Nectar offer Buy Now, Pay Later?
Nectar offers BNPL through Affirm, giving shoppers flexible monthly plans with interest-free payments. Afterpay splits payments into four interest-free payments deducted every two weeks. Affirm allows shoppers to split a purchase into 3, 6, 12, 18 or 24 monthly payments, with rates from 0% to 36% APR based on credit.
• Source • Source This Pay Later finding is based on our team's live checkout simulation on NectarSleep.com.
Does Nectar offer price matching with competitors?
Nectar's Price Match Guarantee is a solid way for shoppers to save on mattresses when buying directly. If you spot a lower price for the same mattress on their site within the eligible period, just email proof to customer service and get refunded the difference. This policy only covers identical in-stock items and excludes deals from other retailers or affiliate sites.
Can I try a mattress from Nectar before buying it?
Mattresses come with a one-year trial period and are eligible for a refund if the purchase is not satisfactory. A minimum of 30 nights is required before returning an opened mattress, while unopened mattresses can be returned immediately. Mattresses that remain unopened after 90 days are considered misused and are not eligible for return.
Does not apply to items in current site promotions. Purchases of gift cards, welcome rewards+ memberships, products from special sales, Minimum Advertised Priced products, "Grills & Outdoor Cooking," "Large Appliances," "Small Appliances," "Showers," "Cookware," "Housewares," and "Kitchen Furniture" categories are not included.
