In our thorough reviews of Parachute, we notice that general sitewide or category-level discounts are rarely available, and ongoing promo codes are not a regular option. Instead, Parachute sometimes invites new shoppers to sign up for email updates in exchange for a single-use discount. Loyalty programs or member-only pricing do not appear as recurring features, but professionals can save through the trade program. The store's savings focus on selective, limited-time offers and recycling discounts rather than frequent markdowns or shifting promotions.

Our Guide to 2026 Parachute Shopping Policies
Where do I enter a Discount Code at Parachute?
Enter the Discount Code in the upper right of the Checkout page labeled Discount code or gift card at Parachute. Click Apply to add the Discount Code to the order before checkout.
How are returns managed at Parachute?
Parachute offers a shopper-friendly return policy with a generous 60-day window for most items, though an $8 fee applies for mail-in returns unless you opt for store credit or return in-store. Mattresses come with an impressive 100-night trial and free pick-up, making big purchases less risky. While final sale and some large items are excluded, most bedding and bath products are backed by solid warranties. Refunds are processed reliably, but shipping fees are not refundable.
Parachute's shipping policy is shopper-friendly, offering free ground shipping on most items across all 50 US states, which is a great perk for budget-conscious buyers. Expedited delivery options are available for a fee, adding flexibility for urgent orders. Delivery times are reasonable, and mattress shipping includes free options within the continental US.
Parachute's Trade Program is a valuable benefit for design professionals seeking savings on premium home essentials. Eligible members can access exclusive discounts on most retail products after verifying their credentials, such as a business license or membership in a recognized design organization. The Trade discount does not apply to third-party items, bundles already on sale, or gift cards, and cannot be combined with other offers.
Parachute's order cancellation policy is somewhat restrictive, allowing cancellations only within 30 minutes of purchase and only during weekday business hours. Cancellations are not guaranteed, especially outside these times, so shoppers should act quickly.
Parachute does not offer a traditional points-based or tiered loyalty program, but shoppers can still save by participating in their recycling program. Bring pre-loved linens to a Parachute store, and you will receive 15% off your next order, which is a great way to save while being eco-friendly.
Parachute is known for offering significant savings during major sales events like Memorial Day and Black Friday, with sitewide discounts of 20-30% and up to 75% off select sale items. Shoppers can also find deals during their Warehouse Sale and other seasonal promotions throughout the year, though furniture and gift cards are excluded. These sales are ideal for those looking to save on quality home essentials.
Does Parachute offer a Buy Now, Pay Later option?
Parachute shoppers can enjoy flexible Buy Now, Pay Later options through Afterpay, Zip, and Klarna, making it easier to budget for home essentials. These services typically split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments, though eligibility and terms may vary. This is a convenient way to shop for quality bedding and home goods without paying all at once, but always review the fine print to avoid surprises.
Which Parachute products are excluded from discounts?
Parachute promotional discounts do not apply to furniture, gift cards, shipping fees, or donations. Specific excluded brands include Vitruvi, Maileg, Jono Pandolfi, Velo Flatware, Sin, and OSEA. You cannot combine sale offers with other promotions or apply them to previous purchases. Additionally, trade program members are prohibited from combining their professional discount with active sale events. Promotional offers hold no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Start with Parachute Bundles instead of building a bed or bath setup item by item. Bedding bundles run 15% off, and the Pillow Bundle takes 15% off any 4 pillows.
Does not apply to items in current site promotions. Purchases of gift cards, welcome rewards+ memberships, products from special sales, Minimum Advertised Priced products, "Grills & Outdoor Cooking," "Large Appliances," "Small Appliances," "Showers," "Cookware," "Housewares," and "Kitchen Furniture" categories are not included.
