Continuous review of Touch of Class reveals a steady pattern of sitewide and category-based discounts, with promo codes frequently advertised on banners and homepages. These codes tend to focus on percent-off savings and are not limited to specific events, reflecting a recurring approach to promotions. A labeled clearance section offers ongoing inventory-based markdowns, rounding out their savings. Loyalty programs or exclusive member pricing are not a strong focus, but there is a discount for shoppers who sign up for the Touch of Class email list.

Our Guide to 2026 Touch of Class Shopping Policies
Where do I enter a Promo Code on Touch of Class?
On the Touch of Class Shopping Cart page, find Have a promo code? in the upper right. Enter your Promo Code, then click Apply to update your order total.
How do returns work at Touch of Class?
Touch of Class offers a fairly standard return policy, giving shoppers 45 days from shipment to return items for a refund or exchange, provided products are unused and in original packaging. Custom or monogrammed items cannot be returned unless there was a mistake by the store. Shoppers should note that they are responsible for return shipping costs, and if free shipping was used, those costs are deducted from the refund.
What's the standard shipping policy for Touch of Class?
Touch of Class offers a shipping policy that benefits most shoppers, especially those spending on items marked Free Shipping, which qualify for free standard shipping. Orders that don't qualify for free shipping have a tiered shipping charge based on the order's total, which is reasonable for standard delivery times of about 3-5 business days. Oversized items may have extra charges, and direct ship items can take longer to arrive.
