Our extensive tracking of VivaTerra uncovers a clear trend of sitewide and category-based discounts, with promo codes often shown on banners and the homepage. VivaTerra regularly features a sale section with ongoing markdowns, while email sign-up incentives add another layer of savings. This approach signals a preference for accessible promotions rather than limited or exclusive loyalty pricing.

Our Guide to 2026 VivaTerra Shopping Policies
Where do you enter an Offer Code at VivaTerra?
On the Shopping Cart page, find the Offer Code box in the upper right, enter your code, and click Apply. Your Offer Code is applied before you complete checkout.
What is VivaTerra's return procedure?
VivaTerra allows returns within 30 days for most items as long as they are in original condition and packaging. If items are not returned in their original packaging, a 20% restocking fee may apply. While shipping fees are not refunded and a $15.00 fee applies if shoppers use their prepaid label for orders under $500, the process is straightforward for most purchases. Some exclusions apply, such as personalized items, food, live plants, and promotional gifts, which cannot be returned. Defective products are only eligible for exchange. Refunds go back to the original payment method, but returns after 30 days result in store credit that expires in a year.
VivaTerra's shipping policy is relatively unclear, as it doesn't offer a typical delivery timeline. Heavy or oversized items take longer and cost more, with curbside delivery only. Shipping fees are based on the order total, but free shipping is sometimes available with a minimum spend, making it worth checking for deals.
VivaTerra generally does not allow customers to cancel orders, and any unwanted purchases must be returned in accordance with the return policy. However, in the event a delivery is delayed by government action, variation in customs duties, increased shipping charges, higher foreign exchange costs, and any other matters beyond the control of VivaTerra, customers will then have the right to cancel an order. Subscriptions can be canceled through the Account Settings page or by contacting VivaTerra directly. Refunds are not provided for already paid subscriptions, but customers will be able to access the service until the end of the current subscription period. Customers should double check orders before placing them, as this cancellation policy is strict.
Is VivaTerra VivaRewards worth the annual membership fee?
VivaRewards costs $59 per year and provides 15% off every order, including sale and clearance items. Members also receive access to members-only products and limited editions, special shipping offers and promotions throughout the year, priority customer support through a dedicated service line, and early access to new product releases.
Are large sales events part of VivaTerra's offerings?
VivaTerra offers frequent seasonal sales and promotions, making it a smart choice for shoppers looking to save on eco-friendly home goods. Expect sitewide discounts of 20% to 30% during major events like Black Friday and deeper markdowns up to 70% in the Sale section or during seasonal clearances. Email subscribers often get early access and exclusive offers, adding extra value.
