In our ongoing tracking, Ubisoft features category and sitewide discounts that do not require discount codes, with deals often shown on main pages. Loyalty-based savings are a core part of the experience, as Ubisoft Connect members can earn Units from purchases and redeem them for a percent-off discount on eligible items. Discount codes are available at times, though automatic price drops and member perks often take the focus, including Ubisoft+ Game Subscription discounts.

Our Guide to 2026 Ubisoft Shopping Policies
Where do I enter a Promo Code at Ubisoft?
Find the Promo Code box in the upper right of the Your shopping cart page in the summary section at Ubisoft. Enter the Promo Code and click Apply to add it to the order.
What is Ubisoft's return procedure?
Ubisoft's return policy provides a fair window for refund requests, with digital PC games eligible within 14 days if played for under two hours and physical items returnable within 30 days if unopened. Refunds are not available for in-game purchases, DLC, or digital console keys, and violations of terms or account bans may void eligibility. Requests can be submitted through an account or customer support, making the process reliable but subject to clear restrictions.
Ubisoft ships orders on weekdays, and some items may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost, which is convenient for shoppers. Shipping times are only estimates and not guaranteed, so plan ahead if you need your order by a specific date. Orders can't be split between addresses, so you'll need to place separate orders for different destinations.
Ubisoft provides a valuable 15% student discount, making it a great option for budget-conscious gamers looking for deals on the latest PC games, season passes, and extra content. Shoppers need to verify student status through trusted partners like Student Beans or UNiDAYS, ensuring the offer is legitimate and secure. This policy helps students save while enjoying Ubisoft's newest releases.
Ubisoft's order cancellation policy offers shoppers some flexibility, especially for Connect PC games, which can be canceled within 14 days of purchase and within less than two hours of playtime. Digital content such as DLC and Season Pass is non-refundable. Preorders for digital items are also easy to refund through your account by requesting a refund at any time before the release of the title or 14-day refund period after the game's release. If shipping has begun, cancellation is not allowed, though returns are still an option.
The Ubisoft loyalty program is a solid choice for gamers looking to save, as it lets you earn Units through purchases and gameplay, which can be redeemed for exclusive in-game rewards or a 20% discount on most store items. New members get a head start with bonus Units, making it easy to score a discount right away. While some exclusions apply, this program offers real value for frequent Ubisoft shoppers.
Ubisoft is a great destination for gamers looking to save, with frequent seasonal sales like the Spring Sale and Gamescom Sale offering discounts as high as 85% or even 90% on a wide range of games. Shoppers can also find weekly deals on both new releases and popular titles, making it a reliable source for substantial savings throughout the year.
Shopping Tips for Ubisoft Shoppers
How can I earn discounts by playing Ubisoft games?
Make sure you're signed up for the Ubisoft Connect program to earn Units when you play select games. Collect 100 Units for a 20% coupon.
Ubisoft lets the Units discount combine with other discounts unless a title is excluded, so an eligible markdown can still get another 20% cut at checkout.
