For mail returns, contact 1-800-269-6737 or store@uhaul.com. Orders returned for an incorrect address may incur a $25 restocking fee and a $25 reshipment fee.
U-Haul moving supplies ship by FedEx Ground unless expedited shipping is selected. Orders placed before 10:00 AM CST ship the same day, and later orders ship the next business day. Most arrive in 2 to 4 business days. Free standard shipping applies to qualifying orders of $100 or more, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Oversize or overweight items may have extra freight fees. U-Box shipments usually arrive in 7 to 14 business days and include a guaranteed arrival date with a $50 per day late refund, up to total shipping cost.
