• How does Ballard Designs handle returns?

Ballard Designs offers a shopper-friendly return policy with a generous 90-day window for returns or exchanges, giving you peace of mind when trying new home decor. • What should I know about Ballard Designs shipping?

Ballard Designs provides a variety of shipping options including standard, expedited, and specialized truck delivery for larger items, which is great for shoppers who value flexibility and fast delivery. Standard shipping is reasonably quick, with most in-stock items arriving within a week, and express orders ship the same day if placed early. Shipping fees are based on your order total, so costs can add up for larger purchases, especially for furniture or oversized items, but the clear fee structure helps you estimate charges upfront. Overall, Ballard Designs' shipping policy is straightforward and reliable, making it easy for coupon shoppers to plan their purchases and savings with confidence.

• What should I know about canceling at Ballard Designs?

Ballard Designs has a strict order cancellation policy that shoppers should note, especially if you value flexibility. Most in-stock orders are processed quickly, often within 24 business hours, which means you have a very limited window to make changes or cancel. Once your order is processed or shipped, it cannot be stopped or adjusted. Custom furniture and monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be cancelled or returned at all. This policy is important to consider if you want the option to change your mind, so be sure to double-check your order before completing your purchase.
