Our review shows that sitewide and category-level discounts are frequently promoted through homepage and category banners at Birch Lane, with percentage-off offers often paired with promo codes applied at checkout. In addition to public deals, Birch Lane participates in the Wayfair Rewards paid membership program, which provides members with benefits such as rewards back on purchases, free shipping, and access to member-only sales or early promotions. Overall, discounted pricing often remains available for extended periods, reflecting a preference for sustained markdowns and member-enhanced value rather than short-lived flash deals.

Our Guide to 2026 Birch Lane Shopping Policies
Where do I enter a Promo Code at Birch Lane?
On the Shopping Cart page, find Add Gift Card/Promo Code in the bottom right of the page. Enter your Promo Code and click Apply to apply it to your order.
How does Birch Lane handle returns?
Birch Lane offers a shopper-friendly return policy, allowing most items to be returned within 30 days for a refund or store credit, provided they are in original condition and packaging. Return shipping fees may apply, and some items like clearance, personalized, or assembled products are excluded. Refunds are processed quickly to the original payment method. Holiday purchases benefit from an extended return window, and mattresses come with a generous 100-night trial. Wedding registry gifts have a 90-day return period for store credit.
Birch Lane's shipping policy is shopper-friendly, offering free shipping on most orders over $35, which is a great perk for coupon seekers looking to save. For smaller orders, a flat $4.99 fee applies, and for large items, the service may default to Full Service Delivery for $99.99. Large items are delivered to the front door or just inside the entryway. Orders usually arrive in 3 to 5 business days, but expect longer processing for handmade or curated items.
Birch Lane allows shoppers to cancel orders online before they ship, but approval depends on the order status, and some customers have reported issues with cancellations not being accepted even soon after ordering. Refunds to your original payment method may take up to 2 weeks, while store credit is processed much faster, usually within 1 business day.
Birch Lane shoppers can join the Wayfair Rewards program for an annual fee, earning 5% back in rewards on purchases across all Wayfair brands, plus perks like free shipping, early sale access, and exclusive offers. Rewards are quickly issued and easy to redeem, making it valuable for frequent buyers. Using the Birch Lane Credit Card increases rewards and waives the membership fee, adding extra savings potential.
Birch Lane offers frequent seasonal and holiday sales with impressive discounts, often reaching up to 70% off during major events like Black Friday in July and up to 60% off on monthly markdowns. Shoppers can find deals on furniture and home decor year-round, with daily updates and no membership required, making it a reliable choice for bargain hunters.
Does Birch Lane offer buy now, pay later?
Birch Lane offers pay-over-time options through Afterpay, Klarna, and Affirm. Afterpay provides four interest-free payments over six weeks or monthly plans from 3 to 24 months. Klarna offers four interest-free payments or monthly terms from 3 to 24 months, with rates as low as 0% APR. Affirm provides four interest-free payments or monthly plans from 3 to 36 months, with rates as low as 0% APR.

Birch Lane offers its own credit card and Mastercard through Citibank, giving shoppers 7% back in Reward Dollars on purchases at Birch Lane and related brands, or the option for special promotional financing. Using financing drops rewards to 5%. The Mastercard version also earns rewards outside the Wayfair family. Special financing like no interest if paid in full within a set period is available for qualifying orders. New cardmembers may get a welcome offer such as $40 off a first order over $250.
With the Birch Lane Credit Card, earn 7% back in rewards on purchases at Birch Lane, Wayfair, Joss & Main, and AllModern. You can also opt for special financing and earn 5% back. New cardholders get $40 off their first order of $250+, and most orders over $35 ship free.
