Our findings reveal Dior's official online store consistently maintains regular pricing, though the Dior Beauty Prive loyalty program and Beauty-category promotions are available to members. Public promotional offers for products occasionally appear. Our observations show that the brand rarely features category-level discounts or member-only offers, instead offering a steady commitment to full-price presentation. Shoppers should expect minimal direct promotional activity when browsing the online selection.

Our Guide to 2026 Dior Shopping Policies
What is Dior's return policy?
Online orders can be returned within 30 days if items are unopened or gently used and in their original packaging. Personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return. A purchase may be returned using the provided prepaid return label within each Dior parcel. Online purchases are eligible for a refund only, issued to the original payment method. Dior Beauty online orders cannot be returned or exchanged in-store, and in-store purchases cannot be returned or exchanged online.
Dior offers free standard shipping on all orders with delivery in 1 to 5 business days, and express options for faster delivery, which are free for high-value purchases. Pickup in store is also available at no extra cost. Shipping is limited to certain addresses and cannot be changed after ordering. Orders require a signature on delivery, and delivery times may vary due to item availability or unforeseen delays. Delivery options are confirmed at checkout.
Dior's order cancellation policy is fairly strict. Orders process quickly, so reach out to Customer Service to attempt cancellation. Guest orders cannot be canceled online and must be done by contacting Customer Service via telephone. The company may also cancel orders for reasons like stock issues or suspected reselling. If Dior pre-orders cannot ship within 30 days of the estimated date, you'll be notified and offered a cancellation with a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Dior Beauty Prive is a tiered loyalty program that rewards members for both registration and ongoing purchases, making it a strong fit for frequent Dior beauty shoppers. Benefits include welcome and birthday gifts, free shipping, and early access to new products, with higher tiers unlocking more exclusive rewards and event invitations. Status is determined by spending and purchase activity over the past year, meaning the most valuable perks are reserved for loyal, higher-spending members.
Join the Dior Beauty Prive loyalty program to enjoy perks like a welcome gift, a birthday gift, seasonal rewards for top-tier members, and early access to select product launches.
Buy the Dior Addict case once, then replace only the refill. A limited-edition case is $42 and a refill is $38, so reusing the case cuts the cost when switching shades.
