Our Guide to 2026 Harvey Nichols Shopping Policies

• Where do I enter a Promotional Code at Harvey Nichols?

On the Shopping Cart page, find the Promotional Code box in the middle right of the page. Enter your Promotional Code and click APPLY to apply it to your order.

• How do returns work at Harvey Nichols?

Harvey Nichols allows shoppers to return most new and unused items for a refund, provided all tags and original packaging are included. To return item(s), Harvey Nichols must be notified within 14 days of receiving the item, and the items must be returned within 14 days of that notification. Please note there is a return fee of $25 for US customers, which will be deducted from the refund total. Some items like beauty products, sale items, perishable goods, hampers and many other items are non-returnable unless faulty. Faulty items are covered for up to 6 months, which adds peace of mind for shoppers.

• How does Harvey Nichols handle shipping?

Harvey Nichols charges a flat $33 fee for shipping to the US with delivery typically taking 5 to 7 working days. Orders require a signature upon receipt, which adds security but may be inconvenient if you are not home. Shipping is not available to PO boxes or military addresses. Customers receive tracking information by email or text, and orders may arrive in multiple parcels. Expect possible delays during promotional periods.

• Are discounts available at Harvey Nichols?

Harvey Nichols provides a 10% student discount for Student Beans members on fashion and beauty orders, but this offer is online-only and excludes some brands and departments. While there is no official military discount, occasional promotions or codes may be available, especially during major sales events.

• How do cancellations work at Harvey Nichols?

Harvey Nichols offers shoppers a fair order cancellation policy, allowing most online orders to be canceled within a 14-day cooling-off period, which adds peace of mind when shopping for luxury goods. Customer service must be contacted to cancel, and if action is taken quickly, it may be possible to stop an order before it ships. Refunds do not include original shipping costs. A $25 return fee is deducted from the refund amount and is processed within 14 days of the store receiving the return or proof of return. However, some items like food, magazines and face masks are excluded from cancellation, so product eligibility should always be checked before buying.

• Does Harvey Nichols have a program for loyal customers?

The Harvey Nichols REWARDS program is a free, tiered loyalty scheme that lets shoppers earn points on purchases and dining both in-store and online, with points converting to cashback. Members enjoy perks like discounts, early sale access, and special treats, with higher tiers unlocking more benefits. Joining is easy through the website or app, making it a solid choice for frequent Harvey Nichols shoppers seeking extra value.

• Is there a program of major promotions at Harvey Nichols?

Harvey Nichols seasonal sales are a great opportunity for savvy shoppers to save, with discounts sometimes reaching up to 50% off on fashion, shoes, accessories, and beauty products. Occasional promotions offer 10% or 15% off, though exclusions apply to some brands and items, so always check the terms before shopping.

• What buy now pay later options does Harvey Nichols offer?

Harvey Nichols offers shoppers flexibility with Klarna's Buy Now Pay Later option, letting you split your purchase into interest-free payments like Pay in 3 or Pay in 4. Approval is required and you must use a one-time virtual Visa card within 24 hours CT for your order. Financing with APR may also be available.
