    Intermix treats all online purchases as final sale, meaning items are not eligible for returns or refunds. The brand does not offer direct exchanges. Shoppers who need a different size or style must place a new order separately. This policy encourages careful review of product details before checkout.

  • How is shipping managed at Intermix?

    Intermix offers ground shipping at a flat rate of $8. Order processing will take 24-48 hours before items are shipped. Orders for multiple items may ship from different locations, and tracking numbers for each shipment will be sent separately in that case. Preorder items have estimated shipping dates clearly shown on their product pages. Be advised, all items are final sale and are not eligible for return.

  • Does Intermix offer price adjustments?

    Intermix gives a one-time price adjustment on a full priced item if it is marked down within 14 days of purchase. You must call or email within 14 days of the order date. The item must still be in stock in the same size and color. Sale and Final Sale items are excluded. After an adjustment is issued, that item becomes final sale and cannot be returned. Associates are not eligible.
