At Fine Art America, we observe a mix of promotional approaches, with discounts sometimes applied across the site and other times tied to specific artists or collections. Sitewide offers are often promoted on the homepage and may be applied automatically at checkout, while other promotions can require a manually entered promo code. The store offers a membership program for artists, including both free and paid tiers with additional perks. Overall, Fine Art America leans into recurring markdowns, though the scope and structure of discounts can vary.

Our Guide to 2026 Fine Art America Shopping Policies
Where do you enter a Discount Code at Fine Art America?
Find the Discount Code box in the bottom right of the Checkout page and enter your code there. Click Apply to Order to add the Discount Code to your order before checkout.
What return guidelines does Fine Art America have?
Fine Art America allows returns for any reason within 30 days of purchase. A full refund is issued once the item is received, though original shipping costs are not covered unless there is a quality issue. Refunds are typically returned to the original payment method.
Fine Art America offers shipping from multiple centers, giving shoppers access to a wide range of art products no matter where they live. Production times vary, with most items taking several days to prepare before shipping, and delivery times depend on the location. Shipping fees are based on size and destination, so buyers should factor in these costs when looking for deals.
Is there a loyalty program through Fine Art America?
Fine Art America's loyalty program is designed for artists rather than shoppers, offering both free and paid premium memberships that help creators gain exposure and increase sales. While premium members enjoy perks like custom websites and keeping 100% of profits on digital downloads, regular customers do not receive a rewards program or shopper benefits, making this program less valuable for typical buyers seeking discounts or loyalty perks.
Fine Art America offers shoppers attractive seasonal sales and promotions on wall art and other products, often with discounts up to 50% during major holidays like Christmas and New Year's. Artists can run their own limited-time deals, and signing up for the email newsletter may unlock exclusive offers, making it a smart choice for bargain hunters seeking quality art.
