Our Guide to 2026 Godiva Shopping Policies

• Where do I enter a Discount Code at Godiva?

On the Checkout page, find the Discount Code field in the upper right. Enter the code and select Apply to add it to the order.

• What should I know about returns at Godiva?

Godiva's return policy is strict due to the perishable nature of its chocolates, so shoppers should know that refunds are not typically offered. Instead, if your order arrives in less than perfect condition, you can contact Customer Care within 30 days for a replacement or exchange, but you'll need to provide photo evidence. Be sure to double-check your shipping details, as Godiva will not cover failed deliveries or rerouting fees caused by incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability.

• Can you explain Godiva's shipping rules?

Godiva.com offers a range of shipping options across the US, including Alaska and Hawaii, making it convenient for most shoppers. Standard, expedited, and Saturday delivery choices are available, though some restrictions and surcharges apply, especially for non-continental addresses. Free standard shipping is offered for qualifying orders to select states, but exclusions exist during warm weather and for certain locations, so always check eligibility before purchasing.

• Does Godiva allow cancellations?

Godiva's order cancellation policy is strict, as orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled once submitted. Shoppers should double-check all details before finalizing their purchase. This policy means you need to be certain before checking out, which may not be ideal for those who want flexibility or might change their mind.

• Is a loyalty program available at Godiva?

Godiva no longer offers its traditional Godiva Rewards program, but shoppers can join the Experiences by Godiva membership instead. This program lets members earn points by engaging with Godiva content and provides access to an exclusive community and special rewards for celebratory moments. While it is not a classic loyalty program, it still offers unique perks for loyal Godiva fans.

• Are big promotions available at Godiva?

Godiva.com offers a dedicated Sales & Deals section where shoppers can find discounts on a range of premium chocolates, truffles, and seasonal gifts, especially around holidays and fall. While the deals are appealing for chocolate lovers and gift buyers, most promotions require a minimum purchase and cannot be combined with other offers, so shoppers should check terms before buying.

• Is Buy Now, Pay Later available at Godiva?

Godiva shoppers can enjoy flexible payment options with Buy Now Pay Later services from Klarna and Zip, making it easier to manage budgets and enjoy premium chocolates. Klarna offers split payments and a credit card option, while Zip lets you pay in 4 installments over 6 weeks, helping you spread out costs without interest if paid on time. This is a convenient way to shop for gifts or treats, but always check terms to avoid late fees and ensure you stay within your budget.
