Lamps Plus has a pattern of available discounts across lighting and decor. In our ongoing analysis, category-base price drops and percent-off offers show up regularly, often without a code. Coupon codes for extra savings are easy to spot on main pages. The store also keeps a clearance section with shifting markdowns, reflecting inventory-driven promotions, and a Lamps Plus Rewards program. Trade pricing for professionals is promoted as a loyalty perk. The store's savings style relies on public, repeatable deals and accessible codes over rare or hidden offers.

How do returns work at Lamps Plus?
Lamps Plus offers a fairly standard return policy, allowing most items to be returned within 60 days as long as they are unused and in original packaging. Shoppers should note that return shipping is usually their responsibility unless the item is defective, and original shipping fees are not refunded. Some special orders and delivery options have restocking fees. While free returns are available for select products, there are notable exceptions, so always check the details before purchasing.
Lamps Plus offers reliable shipping using major carriers like FedEx, UPS, and USPS, with same-day processing available every day, making it a convenient choice for shoppers seeking fast delivery. Free standard shipping is available on many items for orders over $75 to the 48 contiguous states, and a $5 shipping fee is applied to orders under $75. Shipping costs are otherwise based on order size, weight, and destination, and standard orders take 3 to 7 business days for delivery. Open Box products qualify for free shipping, but these items have more limited shipping options.
Lamps Plus offers a fairly standard order cancellation policy that requires shoppers to act quickly, ideally within a few days, since most items ship fast. Cancellations are only confirmed once you receive an email, and special orders may incur a 20% restocking fee if canceled. If an item is out of stock, you'll be notified and can decide to keep or cancel your order. The good news is your credit card is only charged when your items ship, which adds a layer of trust and security for online shoppers looking for deals.
The Lamps Plus Rewards program is a solid choice for shoppers looking to maximize savings on lighting and home decor. Members enjoy a free 1-year warranty, digital receipts, and access to exclusive coupons, making it easier to save on every purchase. Even if you don't live near a Lamps Plus store, joining the mailing list gives you access to special offers and sale alerts. Professionals can benefit from the Lamps Plus Pros program, which provides trade pricing and rebates based on annual spending, making it especially valuable for designers and contractors. Overall, this rewards program is a worthwhile option for both everyday shoppers and industry pros seeking extra value and ongoing discounts.
Are large sales events part of Lamps Plus' offerings?
Lamps Plus is a popular destination for shoppers looking to save on lighting and home decor, with regular sales, clearance, and Open Box promotions. Its Open Box selection can offer discounts of up to 70%, while other sales and promotional offers vary throughout the year. Seasonal events and special coupons may provide additional savings, and the company regularly adds new and trending designs. Free standard shipping is currently advertised on qualifying orders of $75 or more, although shipping terms can vary by item and promotion. Sale and Open Box purchases may have specific restrictions, including limited quantities and exclusions from other coupons or discounts, so shoppers should review the terms before purchasing.
Does Lamps Plus support Buy Now, Pay Later?
Lamps Plus offers a flexible Buy Now, Pay Later option through PayPal Pay Monthly, letting shoppers split payments into manageable monthly payments in 3, 6 or 12 months with interest rates as low as 0% APR for the first 6 months depending on purchase price and eligibility. These plans are great for budgeting, making it easier to shop for lighting and home decor without upfront costs.

Can I get a price adjustment at Lamps Plus?
Lamps Plus offers a price match policy that helps shoppers feel confident they are getting the best deal, as they will match a lower advertised price from a competitor within 60 days of purchase and refund the difference. While there are some exclusions and you cannot combine this with other discounts, the policy is straightforward and adds value for savvy buyers looking for lighting deals. The process requires submitting proof and may take a few weeks for refunds, but overall, this policy is a solid benefit for Lamps Plus customers seeking savings and price protection.
Interior designers, builders, architects, and contractors can join the Lamps Plus Pros program to access exclusive trade pricing. They'll also receive same-day shipping on orders placed by 2 PM PT and early access to special promotions.
