• How do returns work at Lumens?

Lumens offers a standard 30-day return policy for most shoppers, while Lumens Trade members benefit from an extended 90-day window, making it convenient for both regular and business customers. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging, so be sure to keep everything intact. Shoppers should note that return shipping costs are deducted from refunds and original expedited shipping fees are not returned. Some exclusions apply, such as custom or clearance items, so review the policy before purchasing. This return policy is fairly typical for lighting and home decor retailers, but the shipping cost deduction is worth considering before you buy.

• How is shipping managed at Lumens?

Lumens provides free ground shipping on orders over $99 within the contiguous US, making it a good option for larger purchases, but shoppers should note exceptions for special, oversized, or heavy items and a flat fee for smaller orders. Delivery times are reasonable, but freight items are curbside only, so assembly or unpacking is not included.

• How does Lumens handle cancellations?

Lumens shoppers should know that once an order is placed, it cannot be changed online, but you can contact Customer Service to request a change or cancellation. While Lumens will try to accommodate your request, it is not always possible if the order is already being processed. Many non-returnable items also cannot be cancelled, so check product details before buying. If your order ships before cancellation is confirmed, you can request a return after receiving it, and a refund will be issued once the item is returned and inspected. This policy means shoppers should double-check their orders and be aware that some items may be final sale, which is important for anyone looking for flexibility or deals on a coupon website.

• Is there a program of major promotions at Lumens?

Lumens is a trusted destination for lighting, furniture, and home decor shoppers, offering significant savings during their Semi-Annual Design Sale with discounts up to 40%. They also participate in major events like Black Friday and Cyber Monday, and their year-round Sale section features select items often around 15-20% off as well as an Open Box section with deeper discounts.

• Does Lumens have a Buy Now, Pay Later program?

Lumens offers shoppers the flexibility of buy now, pay later options through PayPal, including Pay in 4 and Pay Monthly, making it easier to manage purchases over time. Pay in 4 splits purchases into four interest-free payments, while Pay Monthly allows eligible purchases from $199 to $10,000 to be paid in equal monthly installments, but may include interest. This provides a convenient way to budget for lighting and home decor without paying the full amount upfront.

• Does Lumens price match?

Lumens offers a Low Price Guarantee that matches lower prices from authorized dealers on identical in-stock items, and the comparison includes shipping and handling. To request a match, contact Lumens within 30 days of purchase and share proof of the lower price. The item must be identical and in stock from an authorized dealer.
