Our team notices that public promo codes and general markdowns are uncommon at Lilly Pulitzer, with discounting mostly limited to select sitewide events announced directly on the homepage. Rather than a permanent sale section, markdowns tend to appear during defined promotional windows, following a predictable bi-annual cadence typically seen in January and September. The Club Lilly rewards program and new customer discounts are available, but savings opportunities tend to be tightly managed and infrequent.

Our Guide to 2026 Lilly Pulitzer Shopping Policies
Where do I enter a Promo Code at Lilly Pulitzer?
Find the Promo Code box in the upper right of the Shopping Cart page at Lilly Pulitzer. Enter your Promo Code and click Apply to apply it to your order.
What is Lilly Pulitzer's return procedure?
Lilly Pulitzer offers a shopper-friendly return policy with free returns if processed within 15 days of shipping, making it easy to shop with confidence. After 15 days, a $7 fee applies for up to 30 days, which is reasonable compared to many fashion retailers. Items must be in original condition with tags and receipt, and swimwear needs all tags and liners intact. Final sale and personalized items cannot be returned, but defective items are fully covered for quick refunds, adding extra peace of mind.
What should I know about Lilly Pulitzer's shipping?
Lilly Pulitzer offers a solid shipping policy with multiple options including free economy shipping, making it appealing for budget-conscious shoppers. Delivery times vary by location and speed, with faster options available for a fee. Shipping covers all US states, DC, and military addresses, but international shipping is not offered. The policy is straightforward and reliable, which adds confidence for shoppers seeking deals and discounts.
Order changes or cancellations are not guaranteed and may only be possible before shipment. Contact Customer Care immediately after ordering at 1.888.725.4559 or service@lillypulitzer.com. Address change requests should be made within 1 hour, and later changes may require a fee. Once shipped, delivery changes may be available through FedEx Delivery Manager.
Club Lilly from Lilly Pulitzer is a free loyalty program that lets shoppers earn points on every purchase, with bonus opportunities on select days. Points can be redeemed for dollars off both online and in-store buys, and members enjoy perks like early access to new styles and special gifts. The program adds extra value, but shoppers should note that points expire 12 months from the date they are earned, and rewards converted from points have a 45-day expiration, so timely redemption is important.
Is there a program of major promotions at Lilly Pulitzer?
Lilly Pulitzer shoppers should watch for the biannual After Party Sale or Sunshine Sale, which offer some of the deepest discounts of the year on popular styles. Since the brand rarely provides coupons or regular discounts, these sales are the best opportunity to save. Club Lilly members may also benefit from early access, making these events a must for savvy deal seekers.
Is Buy Now, Pay Later available at Lilly Pulitzer?
Lilly Pulitzer makes shopping easier with Buy Now, Pay Later options from Afterpay and Klarna, letting you split your purchase into four interest-free payments due every two weeks. Afterpay is available for online orders from $50 to $3,000 and requires a Visa or Mastercard.
Are price adjustments available at Lilly Pulitzer?
Lilly Pulitzer offers a fair price adjustment policy for shoppers who buy full-price items either online or at their corporate stores. If the price drops within 7 days of your order, you can request a one-time adjustment with your original receipt by contacting customer service.
How can referrals at Lilly Pulitzer lower my next order?
Use your Club Lilly referral link with new-to-Lilly shoppers. When a friend creates an account, joins Club Lilly, and places a first digital order of $100 or more, both of you get a $10 reward, and you can earn this on up to 5 referrals.
