On Rent the Runway, go to the Shopping Cart with the header Secure Checkout and find the Promo Code box in the bottom right. Enter your Promo Code and click Apply to add the savings to your order.

• How do returns work at Rent the Runway?

Rent the Runway offers a straightforward return policy that benefits shoppers looking for flexibility, but there are some important limitations to keep in mind. Purchased items can be returned within 7 days if they are not final sale and remain in original condition, though a $5.95 restocking fee per item and nonrefundable shipping costs apply. Rental returns are easy with prepaid UPS labels, and select members get home pickup, but late returns can result in steep daily fees or full retail charges.

• What's Rent the Runway's shipping process?

Rent the Runway offers reliable shipping across the US, including Alaska and Hawaii, but does not ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Standard shipping offers fast delivery in 2-3 business days and comes with a shipping fee between $1.99 and $4.99. Expedited options are available at a higher cost. Overall, the policy is convenient for US shoppers, especially members.

• How are cancellations managed at Rent the Runway?

Rent the Runway's order cancellation policy gives shoppers some flexibility, allowing you to cancel one-time rentals before the company starts preparing your order, usually 3-5 days before delivery. If you cancel more than 30 days in advance, you get a refund minus a $9.95 fee, but if you cancel closer to the delivery date, you'll receive account credit instead. This policy is fairly standard, but keep the nonrefundable fee and credit-only refunds in mind when planning your rental, especially if you value getting your money back.
