Rugs USA leans into regular sitewide and category markdowns that appear automatically at checkout. We find that homepage and category banners show ongoing percent-off deals, with no code needed for most offers. Promo codes are available at times but do not drive the main savings strategy. Persistent discount messaging signals a focus on always-on value rather than limited-time or member-only promotions. Loyalty programs or exclusive pricing structures are not a regular offering.

Smart Shopping Tip
For a patio refresh, standard delivery is the cheaper path because Rugs USA offers free standard ground shipping in the contiguous United States. Shipping charges still apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, so location matters here.

Our Guide to 2026 Rugs USA Shopping Policies
Where do I enter a Discount Code at Rugs USA?
Find the Discount Code box in the upper right of the Checkout page at Rugs USA. Enter the Discount Code and click Apply to add it to the order.
Can you explain Rugs USA's return rules?
Rugs USA offers shoppers a straightforward return policy, allowing most items to be returned within 30 days for a refund or store credit, making it easy to shop with confidence. While you will need to cover return shipping costs, discounted labels are provided, which helps reduce the expense. Store credit never expires, adding flexibility for future purchases. Be aware that custom and final sale items are not eligible for returns, and exchanges are not available.
Rugs USA offers free standard ground shipping to most shoppers in the contiguous United States, making it a great choice for those looking to save on delivery costs. Orders typically arrive within a few business days after shipping, which is convenient for quick updates to your home. However, shipping fees apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, and these charges are non-refundable, so shoppers in those areas should plan accordingly.
Rugs USA may not be able to cancel an order after it is placed because orders are processed quickly. To request a cancellation, contact Customer Support by chat as soon as possible, since email responses can take 24 to 48 hours and are not recommended for time sensitive requests. If the cancellation cannot be completed before processing, you can start a return after the order has been delivered.
Are large sales events part of Rugs USA's offerings?
Rugs USA frequently offers major seasonal sales, especially during Black Friday and Cyber Monday, with discounts reaching up to 75% off. Shoppers can also find strong deals during other holiday events like Labor Day. These sales typically include sitewide savings and special doorbuster offers, making it a great time to buy quality rugs at reduced prices.
Does Rugs USA join Buy Now, Pay Later programs?
Rugs USA offers convenient Buy Now, Pay Later options through Affirm, Klarna, and Zip, letting shoppers split their purchase into smaller, interest-free payments over several weeks. This flexible payment approach is great for budget-conscious customers looking to save while shopping for home decor.
Shopping Tip for Rugs USA Shoppers
