What we find is that Shade Store promotes frequent discount events and offers numerous promotional codes, including sign-up perks and seasonal sales. Sitewide and category-level deals have been observed regularly during repeated evaluations. The store's savings approach includes limited-time offers and accessible code-based promotions, rather than relying solely on steady pricing or customization. Design professionals can get exclusive deals when they sign up for the Shade Store Trade Program.

Our Guide to 2026 Shade Store Shopping Policies
Where do I enter a Promo Code at Shade Store?
On the Billing Address shipping page at Shade Store, find the Promo Code field in the bottom left of the page. Enter your Promo Code to apply the discount before completing checkout.
What is Shade Store's return policy?
Shade Store has a strict no-return policy for custom-made products, which may be disappointing if you change your mind or make a mistake with measurements. However, they do offer a helpful one-time 40% reorder discount within 30 days if you are unhappy with your purchase or need a replacement due to incorrect sizing. While refunds are not available, their limited lifetime warranty covers defects, giving shoppers some peace of mind. This policy is best for those confident in their choices.
Shade Store charges a simple flat rate for Standard Ground Shipping, with fees based on your order total, including $50 for orders up to $2,000, $100 for orders up to $5,000, and $250 for anything above $5,000. Most products still ship quickly, and custom orders are usually sent out in about ten days. Expedited options like 2 Day Air and Next Day Air are available for an added cost, though each has a minimum charge, and the company does not ship to P.O. boxes.
Shade Store offers a valuable Design Trade Program tailored for interior designers and trade professionals. Members enjoy exclusive trade discounts on window treatments along with fast lead times and the unique option to use their own materials through the C.O.M. program. Signing up is simple on Shade Store's website and expert Design Consultants provide dedicated support from quoting to installation.
Shade Store's order cancellation policy is strict, as orders cannot be canceled or changed once submitted, and even production delays do not qualify for cancellation. Shoppers should be certain before placing an order, as there is no flexibility after checkout. This policy is important to know for anyone looking for deals or coupons.
Is Shade Store known for big storewide sales?
Shade Store offers shoppers frequent seasonal sales such as the Summer Designs Event and Summer Home Solutions, with discounts often ranging from 15% to 25% sitewide and occasional deals reaching up to 45% off. These promotions typically run during summer months, but coupon stacking is not permitted. Shoppers can expect reliable savings opportunities throughout the year.
Can I use Buy Now, Pay Later at Shade Store?
Shade Store offers Affirm financing so shoppers can buy now and pay over time with clear monthly payments, fixed interest rates, and no hidden fees. This flexible payment option is great for budget-conscious customers who want to spread out costs while shopping for window treatments.
