We find that Bouqs regularly features sign-up incentives for email or SMS subscribers, with these promotions appearing prominently across visits. Subscription-based discounts like the Flower Subscription Box and shipping perks are persistently promoted as ongoing benefits for repeat buyers. General sitewide promotions do surface at various points, particularly around seasonal moments, but promotional codes more often appear through targeted email campaigns or on-site pop-ups rather than being consistently sourced from homepage banners.

Our Guide to 2026 Bouqs Shopping Policies
Where do I apply a Promo Code on Bouqs?
On the payment page at Bouqs, find the Promo Code field in the upper left under Apply Code. Enter your Promo Code, select APPLY, and confirm the savings appear before completing checkout.
How does Bouqs handle returns?
The Bouqs Company has a strict return policy that shoppers should be aware of before purchasing. All sales are final, and refunds are not offered except in cases where the wrong item is delivered, the flowers arrive in poor condition, or the order is not delivered at all. Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery and require a photo for quality issues. Compensation comes as store credits for replacement bouquets, not cash, and these credits cannot be transferred. This policy means buyers should double-check order details and shipping information, as mistakes are not covered. While this policy protects Bouqs from abuse, it may not be ideal for shoppers seeking flexible returns or cash refunds.
Bouqs offers free shipping on subscription orders, making it a great choice for regular flower deliveries, but standard shipping fees for one-time purchases are on the higher side, especially for guests who do not create an account. Saturday deliveries cost extra for everyone, and promotional offers may come with different shipping rates. Overall, shoppers can save on shipping by signing up for a subscription or creating an account.
Bouqs offers a valuable Exclusive Discounts program that gives shoppers in select groups a chance to save on their flower orders. Students and recent graduates can verify their status with Student Beans to unlock special student discounts. Other community members may also qualify for exclusive savings by following the verification link in the Bouqs website footer.
Bouqs offers a straightforward cancellation policy that benefits shoppers looking for flexibility, but it has some strict limits. You can cancel your order for a full refund as long as its status is still "Sent To Farm," making it important to act quickly if you change your mind. Once your order moves to "Prepping Bouq," "Shipped," or "En Route," cancellation is no longer possible, and same-day collection orders are generally non-cancelable. Self-service cancellation is easy for account holders, but guest shoppers must contact customer service for help. Refunds are processed quickly, with no fees and funds returned within 3-5 business days. This policy is fair but requires shoppers to pay close attention to order status and timing for the best experience.
Bouqs offers attractive seasonal sales that help shoppers save on fresh flowers and gifts throughout the year. These promotions are a great opportunity to enjoy high-quality bouquets at lower prices, making it easier to celebrate special occasions or simply brighten your home. Shoppers can trust Bouqs for reliable service and excellent value during these sales.
Shopping Tips for Bouqs Shoppers
How can I save on monthly Bouqs deliveries?
If you purchase a Flower Subscription Box, you can get monthly flower deliveries with a 30% discount and free shipping.
Generally, all sales from this site are final. If an incorrect item is received or an order arrives damaged, credits for a replacement can be requested within three days of delivery.
Sign up for a Bouqs subscription before placing gift orders. Subscribers get free shipping on additional purchases, avoiding the usual $20 account fee or $25 guest fee on one-time orders.
