Touch of Modern uses an account-based shopping model in which some products require customers to sign up or log in to view pricing or add items to their cart. Its savings strategy centers heavily on limited-time, product and collection-specific sales rather than relying primarily on persistent sitewide markdowns. Touch of Modern describes its sales as typically running for a limited period, often around a week, with new sales continually rotating. The site also currently offers customer rewards tied to qualifying purchase thresholds, including future-order vouchers, as well as promotional incentives such as a first-order offer for eligible email or SMS sign-ups.

Our Guide to 2026 Touch of Modern Shopping Policies
What is Touch of Modern's return window?
Return terms vary by item and are shown on the product page. If no return window is listed, contact support@touchofmodern.com within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind items must generally be unused and in original condition. Final sale items cannot be returned for preference changes. Report visible shipping damage within 48 hours. Return shipping and restocking fees may apply, except for confirmed errors or defective items.
Touch of Modern offers shipping to most US and Canadian street addresses using major carriers like UPS, USPS, and FedEx, but they do not deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses. Shipping fees depend on your order total and location, with extra charges for Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. Delivery times can vary widely since products are sourced globally, so shoppers should check estimated shipping windows before purchasing.
Does Touch of Modern give special customer discounts?
Touch of Modern provides a military discount that gives eligible U.S. Armed Forces members a $20 credit on their first purchase after verifying their status during account setup. While there is no ongoing percentage discount, shoppers may find occasional limited-time deals around holidays. This policy is a helpful perk for military shoppers looking for extra savings on unique products.
Does Touch of Modern allow cancellations?
Touch of Modern's order cancellation policy is strict and may not be ideal for shoppers who value flexibility, as cancellations are not guaranteed and depend on the order's status. Some items are marked as final sale and cannot be canceled at all. While the site does not mention cancellation fees, customer reviews suggest cancellations are often not allowed after purchase, so buyers should be sure before ordering.
Are there any large sales events offered at Touch of Modern?
Touch of Modern is a great destination for savvy shoppers looking for deals, especially during seasonal sales like Black Friday and President's Day. The site frequently offers discounts up to 81% on select items, and its dedicated Clearance section provides ongoing savings. Regular promotions and sales under $25 make it easy to find unique products at reduced prices, making it a reliable choice for bargain hunters.
