At Tommy Bahama, savings tend to rise up through select item reductions rather than sweeping sitewide deals. What we typically see is a pattern of gradual markdowns within the Sale section, with discounts often focused on specific products instead of whole categories. Discount codes appear occasionally, while loyalty members may encounter exclusive perks and early access to offers. Overall, Tommy Bahama leans into targeted savings rather than frequent, storewide promotions.

Our Guide to 2026 Tommy Bahama Shopping Policies
Where do I enter my Tommy Bahama promo code?
On the Tommy Bahama My Bag page, locate the Promo Code box at the upper right. Enter your code in the Add a promo code field and click Apply to redeem it on your order.
What is Tommy Bahama's return policy?
Tommy Bahama offers a shopper-friendly return policy with a 45-day window for most items, making it easy to shop with confidence. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, and swimwear must include the hygienic liner. Returns are free with a prepaid label for the U.S., though original shipping fees are not refunded. Outlet sales are final, but exchanges are possible, and furniture returns are limited to damage or defect.
What's the standard shipping policy for Tommy Bahama?
Tommy Bahama offers reliable shipping with FedEx, making it convenient for most shoppers. Free ground shipping on orders of $150 or more makes for a great perk, though oversized items accrue a $9 fee. Delivery is prompt, with next-day options available, but furniture takes longer and only ships within the contiguous US. PO box delivery is allowed but must be shipped via ground shipping.
Tommy Bahama does not allow changes to clothing, accessory, or home decor orders once submitted, due to fast processing. However, their site states you can reach out to Guest Services Specialists should you find yourself needing assistance with the order you placed. You can also wait for delivery and use the standard free return process if needed. Returns are accepted for unworn, unwashed, or defective items within 45 days of purchase to receive a full refund.
Is there a program of major promotions at Tommy Bahama?
Tommy Bahama offers shoppers regular seasonal sales like Summer Sales, Beach Friday, and Cyber Monday, with discounts sometimes reaching up to 40% off and occasional free gifts on qualifying purchases. These events usually happen in summer and late fall. Signing up for email alerts is a smart way to stay updated, though some exclusions may apply to certain products or brands.
Does Tommy Bahama allow price adjustments?
Tommy Bahama allows a one-time price adjustment on sale items within 14 days of purchase. The item must still be available in stock in the same style and color for the adjustment to qualify. For requests made in retail stores, you must provide the original sales receipt. The adjustment is limited to eligible sale merchandise and applies only during that 14-day window.
Excludes Collection merchandise, Double RL merchandise, eyewear, fragrance, limited-edition collections, new arrivals, philanthropic merchandise, Purple Label merchandise, Ralph Lauren luxury accessories and footwear, select customizable merchandise, select home merchandise, or watches and fine jewelry.
