Our Guide to 2026 Uncommon Goods Shopping Policies

• Where do I enter a Promo Code at Uncommon Goods?

On Uncommon Goods' Checkout page, find the Promo Code field in the bottom right under Apply a promo code. Enter the code and select Apply to add it to the order.

• How are returns managed at Uncommon Goods?

Uncommon Goods stands out with a shopper-friendly return policy that allows most items to be returned at any time, making it easy to shop with confidence. However, some products like fine jewelry and live plants must be returned within 30 days, and all returns need to be in original condition with packaging. Refunds are typically issued to your original payment method if returned within 30 days, or as a gift card after that.

• What is Uncommon Goods' shipping policy?

Uncommon Goods offers reliable shipping across all 50 states, using trusted carriers like UPS, USPS, and DHL. Delivery times and costs are clearly shown at checkout, with options ranging from economy to express. While they don't ship to military addresses or U.S. territories, most in-stock orders ship quickly, and tracking is provided. Uncommon Perks members enjoy free standard shipping, making it a good choice for savvy shoppers seeking value and transparency.

• What should I know about canceling at Uncommon Goods?

Uncommon Goods offers a short window, usually about 30 minutes, to cancel orders by contacting customer service, which is helpful for quick changes but limits flexibility. After processing or shipping, orders cannot be canceled and must be returned for a refund instead. Custom orders are harder to change or cancel. Uncommon Perks memberships can be canceled anytime, and you can get a full refund within 30 days of renewal if you haven't used the shipping benefits. This policy is fairly standard, but shoppers should act fast if they need to change or cancel an order.

• Is there a loyalty program through Uncommon Goods?

Uncommon Perks from Uncommon Goods is a paid annual loyalty program that gives shoppers unlimited free standard shipping in the US, $10 discounts on faster shipping, and periodic store credits, plus double donations to charity partners. The two-week free trial is a nice touch, but remember it auto-renews unless canceled. Overall, it's a solid value for frequent shoppers looking to save on shipping and support good causes.

• Does Uncommon Goods offer major sales events?

During Thanksgiving through December, we have observed discounts on a larger selection of sale items reaching up to 50% off, which can create strong value for shoppers seeking unique gifts. Early ordering is often encouraged during peak seasons due to shipping timelines. The brand has also run member-specific events, such as Perks Days that occur throughout the year. Past events have included a limited-time code sent via email to Perks members, which provided 10% off on top of the everyday free standard shipping benefit, adding extra value during that promotional window.

• Are Buy Now, Pay Later services at Uncommon Goods?

Uncommon Goods shoppers can use Afterpay to split their purchase into four equal, interest-free payments, making it easier to budget for unique gifts and home items. The first payment is due at checkout, with the rest every two weeks. This option excludes custom, backordered, and gift card items.

• Is there an option for price matching at Uncommon Goods?

Uncommon Goods has a shopper-friendly price match policy, matching lower prices on identical items from authorized retailers, including Amazon when sold directly, which adds value and trust for deal seekers, though exclusions like clearance and third-party sellers apply. They also offer a helpful one-time price adjustment within 30 days if their own price drops, making this a solid option for savvy coupon and bargain hunters looking for unique gifts.
