Based on our data, we find that Winc highlights introductory deals for new customers, often using promo codes tied to first orders. These offers are easy to spot on the homepage and are a core part of how the company attracts new members. Ongoing discounts for returning shoppers are less common, with the main savings coming from lower member pricing rather than frequent public sales or coupon drops. However, customers can sign up for the Winc Membership to get wine bottles for an affordable price.

Our Guide to 2026 Winc Shopping Policies
Where do I enter a Discount Code on Winc?
On the Review Order page, find the Discount Code box in the upper right. Enter your Discount Code in the field and select Apply to apply it to your order.
What is Winc's return procedure?
Winc offers a fairly strict return policy. If shoppers receive wrong, damaged, or missing items, they can reach out to customer service who will be able to assist. Shoppers must be aware that returns may incur restocking fees and gift cards are non-refundable.
Winc orders usually ship within 48 hours and arrive in 3 to 5 business days, though delivery may take up to 10 to 14 days during delays. Members pay $15 shipping on 3-bottle orders, while orders of 4 or more bottles ship free. Delivery is unavailable to AK, AR, DE, HI, MS, RI, SD, UT, and P.O. boxes. A person age 21 or older must sign for every wine shipment.
Winc offers a flexible membership cancellation policy with no stated cancellation fee, making it a convenient option for shoppers who value flexibility. You can cancel your membership at any time through live chat, email, or phone. However, make sure to submit cancellation requests at least 3 days before your scheduled shipment. Once an order has shipped, future recurring payments will be stopped, but the shipped order may not be cancellable. Returned orders may be subject to a reasonable restocking fee, but may charge a $25 fee for customer-requested reshipments.
Winc's loyalty program, the Winc Membership, is a solid option for wine enthusiasts seeking personalized recommendations and savings. Membership options include six bottles shipped monthly or 12 bottles shipped every 12 weeks, along with free shipping on qualifying orders, exclusive member pricing, and a 10% discount on cases. Flexible skip options and referral rewards add extra value.
Winc frequently offers seasonal promotions and discounts, especially for new members, with savings that can reach up to 60% or significant dollar amounts off your order. These deals often appear around major holidays and are best accessed through a membership, which also unlocks perks like free shipping and case discounts. Gift card redemptions are not eligible for extra promotions. Shoppers looking for wine deals will find Winc's offers appealing, but joining as a member is usually necessary to get the biggest savings.
Shopping Tip for Winc Shoppers
